【正文】 沈陽建筑大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) （論文） 沈陽建筑大 學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 題 目 ????????????????? 學(xué) 院 專 業(yè) 班 級(jí) ????????????? . 學(xué) 生 姓 名 ??? 性 別 男 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 ???? 職 稱 教 授 沈陽建筑大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) （論文） 摘要 本工程為 463醫(yī)院空勤醫(yī)療樓，主 體為框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。通過對(duì)圖紙的認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)及請(qǐng)教老師同學(xué)編制了適當(dāng)合理的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)，按規(guī)定時(shí)間完成了任務(wù)書的內(nèi)容。 本工程屬于多層建筑，根據(jù)工程設(shè)計(jì)要求，首先編制了施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。然后對(duì)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)中涉及的各項(xiàng)工程進(jìn)行了危險(xiǎn)源辨識(shí)以及評(píng)價(jià)，本設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)對(duì)腳手架工程 、 模板工程 、 土方工程 、 鋼筋工程等工程中涉及的危險(xiǎn)源進(jìn)行了辨識(shí) ，然后用事故樹分析 法對(duì)腳手架 工程 和基坑 工程 進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)，用 事件樹分析法對(duì)基礎(chǔ)工程和模板工程進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)，用 LEC 評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)土方工程和屋面工程進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)。根據(jù)危險(xiǎn)源評(píng)價(jià)所得的結(jié)論編制了腳手架 工程 專項(xiàng)施 工方案 、 模板 工程專項(xiàng)施工方案、基坑工程專項(xiàng)施工方案、施工現(xiàn)場安全管理和施工現(xiàn)場應(yīng)急預(yù)案。 關(guān)鍵詞： 事故 ； 危險(xiǎn)源 ； 專項(xiàng) 方案 ； 安全管理；應(yīng)急預(yù)案 沈陽建筑大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) （論文） Abstract This is the project for 463 hospital flight medical building， main structure is frame shear wall worked out the construction anization design through the study of drawings and consult teachers and classmates,and pleted the project content on time. Since the works are Multistorey building, According to the requirements of project design, first piled the construction anization design. And then the construction anization design of the project of the hazard identification and evaluation, the design emphasis on scaffold project, template engineering, earthwork, reinforcing bar engineering projects involving the hazard identification, and then use the accident tree analysis of scaffold project and foundation pit engineering evaluation with event tree analysis, basic engineering and template engineering evaluation, evaluation method to use the LEC earthworks and roofing construction is evaluated. According to the hazards of the conclusion of the evaluation of the scaffold project construction scheme, special template engineering special construction plan, foundation pit engineering special construction scheme, construction site safety management and construction site emergency plan.
