本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 小型三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué)生學(xué)號: 院(系): 年級專業(yè): 助理指導(dǎo)教師: 摘要 Ⅰ 摘 要 三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)是交流電動(dòng)機(jī)的一種,又稱感應(yīng)電機(jī)。具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,制造容易,堅(jiān)固耐用,維修方便,成本低廉等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)。因其具有較高的效率及接近于恒速的負(fù)載特性,故能滿足絕大部分工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)機(jī)械的拖動(dòng)要求, 從而 成為各類電機(jī)中產(chǎn)量最大,運(yùn)用最廣的一 種電動(dòng)機(jī)。 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是 在 掌握電機(jī) 理論和設(shè)計(jì)原理的基礎(chǔ)之上 ,結(jié)合具體 設(shè)計(jì)要求,通過 感應(yīng)電機(jī)的電磁設(shè)計(jì),從中又細(xì)分為額定數(shù)據(jù)和主要尺寸、磁路計(jì)算、參數(shù)計(jì)算、工作性能計(jì)算和起動(dòng)性能計(jì)算 五 個(gè)部分,設(shè)計(jì)出一臺 性能合格的 小型三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī) 。 在此 成 果后 , 通過 改變氣隙大小 和 改變每槽導(dǎo)體數(shù) 兩種優(yōu)化方案,最終設(shè)計(jì)得到 一臺性能優(yōu)良的小型三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī)。 通過本 次設(shè)計(jì), 了解國內(nèi)外異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r, 掌握 電機(jī) 電磁設(shè)計(jì) 過程并學(xué)會(huì)查找數(shù)據(jù)所需相應(yīng)圖表 , 了解 利用計(jì)算機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)電機(jī)程序 的概念 , 通過具體設(shè)計(jì) , 了解 Y系列 IP44 小型三相 異步電動(dòng) 機(jī)的 主要標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 。 關(guān)鍵詞 三相異步電動(dòng)機(jī) , 電機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) , Y 系列 IP44 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) Ⅱ ABSTRACT The threephase asynchronous motor is motor39。s one kind. The graduation project is the availability of electrical theory and design principles the basis of light of the specific design requirements, through the induction motor electromagic design, from thin into rated data and the main parameters, calculation of magic circuit, parameter calculation, Performance puting and calculation of Starting Performance of Starting Performance of five parts, qualified to design a performance of a small threephase asynchronous motor, by changing the gap size and change the number of conductors per slot two optimization program, the final design with excellent performance by a small threephase asynchronous motor.
