***大學(xué) 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 4000kVA 電力變壓器的設(shè)計 學(xué)生姓名: XXX XXX 學(xué)生學(xué)號: 院(系): 電氣信息工程學(xué)院 年級專業(yè): 指導(dǎo)教師: 講師 二〇一〇年六月 ***大學(xué) 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 摘要 I 摘 要 電力變壓器是 發(fā)電廠和變電所的主要設(shè)備之一。變壓器不僅能升高電壓把電能送到用電地區(qū),還能把電壓降低為各級使用電壓,以滿足各級用電的需求。 變壓器的設(shè)計工作,關(guān)鍵在于材料的選取和變壓器結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。為滿足完成低損耗的變壓器任務(wù),本設(shè)計選取磁通密度高、鐵損低、磁化容量小的冷匝硅鋼片作為鐵心,減少了變壓器的鐵心重量和空載損耗;選取電阻小,單位電流密度大的銅導(dǎo)線作為線圈,降低了線圈的負(fù)載損耗;在結(jié)構(gòu)上合理安排線圈的排列,盡量使高低壓線圈間的距離沿圓周方向一致; 為使 導(dǎo)線不出現(xiàn)太大的渦流損耗,導(dǎo)線的繞線方式采用多根并繞。通過以 上的調(diào)整,就可以得到一臺空載損耗低、負(fù)載損耗低、滿足空載電流百分?jǐn)?shù)和阻抗電壓百分?jǐn)?shù)條件的變壓器。 關(guān)鍵詞 電力變壓器,線圈,鐵心,溫升,損耗 ***大學(xué) 本科設(shè)計(論文 ) ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT Power39。S transformer substation is the main power plant and equipment.
