【正文】 基于單片機的氣體質(zhì)量檢測系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計 摘要 本論文研究設(shè)計了一種 用 于 公共場所及室內(nèi)具有檢測及超限報警功能的室 內(nèi)空氣質(zhì)量檢測系統(tǒng)。其設(shè)計方案 基 于 89C51 單片機，選擇瑞士蒙巳波公司的 CH20/S10 甲醒傳感器和 MQ5 氣體傳感器。系統(tǒng)將傳感器輸出的 4 20mA的標準 信號通過以 AD0832 為核心的 A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換電路調(diào)理后，經(jīng)由單片機進行數(shù)據(jù)處 理 ， 最后由 LCD 顯示甲醒濃度值。文中詳細介紹了數(shù)據(jù)采集子系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)處理過程以 及數(shù)據(jù)顯示子系統(tǒng)和報警電路的設(shè)計方法和過程。系統(tǒng) 對 于 采樣地點超出規(guī)定的 甲醒容許濃度和天然氣規(guī)定濃度時采用三極管驅(qū)動的 單 音 頻報警電路提醒監(jiān)測 人員。同 時 ， 操作人員 對 于 具體報警點的上限值可以通過單片機編程進行設(shè)置。 另 外 ， 該系統(tǒng)對濃度信號進行了信號補 償 等 處理，減少了測量 誤 差 ， 因 此 ， 具有較高的測量精 度 ， 而且結(jié)構(gòu)簡 單 ， 性能優(yōu)良。本系統(tǒng)的量程為 010ppm， 精 度為 O. 039ppm 。 關(guān)鍵詞 :甲醒檢 測 /天然氣檢 測 /AT89C52 單片機 11 ABSTRACT τbis 由 esis desi伊 of a paper for public places and indoor testing and overlimit alarm functions with indoor air quality testing system.
