I 摘 要 設計以凌陽單片機 SPCE0601A 為核心, 并 配以適當?shù)耐鈬酒c接口電路實現(xiàn)變壓器的 溫度監(jiān)控。系統(tǒng)采用多組風機對油浸風冷式變壓器降溫 ,變壓器油溫由 預埋在變壓器油中的 鉑電阻 采集,將采集到的油溫在就地和遠端實時顯示,溫 度的顯示 由 LED 數(shù)碼管實 現(xiàn)。當控制變壓器的油溫大于上限溫度值時,投入全部風機;當油溫低于下 限 溫度 值 時,停止全部風機 的運行 ;變壓 器的油溫介于上限值和下限值之間時 ,風機按工藝要求運行。 可編程 RF無線 收發(fā)器芯片 CC1000實現(xiàn)主從機之間的 數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,使中心控制室及時掌握變壓器風機的 運行狀況,實現(xiàn)遠程溫度監(jiān)控。風機出現(xiàn)故障時,相應的發(fā)光二極管點亮 ,并且報警電路發(fā)出報警 信號 。 系統(tǒng)要 具備 完善的過壓、過載、缺相檢測和保護功能。 關鍵詞: SPCE061A 。 無線 通信 。 變壓器 。溫度監(jiān)控 Abstract This design is based on the Sunplus MCU SPCE0601A , and go together with the appropriate outer circle chip and interface electric circuit to carry out supervise and control oil temperature transformer on the spot and at the longdistance .This system adopts several group electromotor to cool down the temperature of the temperature is collected by the temperature transducer of the platinum resistance , The temperature that is gathered will display at right on the spot and at the longdistance . the manifestation of the temperature is realized by the LED figures tube. When the oil temperature of the control transformer is bigger than the upper limit temperature enactmented , throw in all several group electromotor to run 。But when the oil temperature is low in the least temperature value, stop all movements of several group electromotor .When system circulated normally, each three sets of autos threw in movement by turn in six sets of the six group electromotor .The programmable RF wireless transceiver chip CC1000 carries out a lord to II deliver from the data between the main single chip and contronl room , making the center control room master the condition of the transformer in time, carrying out supervise and control of the longdistance . when the wind motor appeared to break down ,LED gave out light , and give out alarm. Meanwhile, protection circuit(including voltage, over loading, lacking electrical wire) has been designed for system.
