。本文針對(duì)檢測(cè)儀的技術(shù)要求,闡述了系統(tǒng)的總體方案設(shè)計(jì)、硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì), 分析了影響測(cè)量精度的主要原因及解決方法。 本文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容是針對(duì) 低壓?jiǎn)蜗嚯娔鼙淼默F(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn), 實(shí)現(xiàn) 系統(tǒng)要求的檢測(cè)功 能和技術(shù)指標(biāo)。采取的技術(shù)方案是以微控制器為核心,利 用微型電壓互感器和鉗形電流互感器分別 將單項(xiàng)供電電壓和電流變換 為弱電信號(hào),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)供電電路的電壓和電流進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè),同時(shí)通過(guò)電能計(jì)量芯片測(cè)量實(shí)際的有功功率,充分利用微控制器較強(qiáng)的運(yùn)算功能,計(jì)算出一定時(shí)間內(nèi)消耗的電能,同時(shí)利用光電采樣器對(duì)被測(cè)表的計(jì)量的電能進(jìn)行檢測(cè),從而計(jì)算出被測(cè)電能表的誤差。 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢驗(yàn)的特點(diǎn)是不停電接線, 對(duì)于電流檢測(cè)需采用鉗形電流互感器,而鉗形電流互感器的開(kāi)口接觸面存在空氣間隙,使互感器的線形變差并存在較大的相移,且一致性較差。采用分段線性化處理,可以提高測(cè)量的精度。 本文內(nèi)容涉及微控制器、電氣 測(cè)量技術(shù)等多項(xiàng)應(yīng)用技術(shù),具有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值與實(shí)際意義。 關(guān)鍵詞: 微控制器;低壓?jiǎn)蜗嚯娔鼙?;現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè) Title The design of local calibrating instrument for lowvoltage Watthour meter based on MCU Abstract The local calibrating instrument for the singlephase watthour meter is a special device that is used to measure the accuracy of lowvoltage Watthour meter in scene examine. This paper, according to the technical requirements of detectors, tells us the overall design of the system, hardware and software circuit, and analyzes the reason of the impact of measurement accuracy and the main measures to solution. The main research content is the lowvoltage singlephase watthour meter onsite inspection, the realization of the detection system requirements and technical indicators. The technical plan is taking the microcontroller as the core, using the minivoltage transformer and clamp current transformer respectively to transform the single power supply voltage and current transformation to the weak electrical signal, and to realize the realtime detection for the power supply circuit of voltage and current, at the same time, energy metering chip can measure the true value, take full advantage of strong puting microcontroller functions, to calculate within a certain period of time the power consumption, while using the optoelectronic sampler measurement to measure the watthour meter, then calculating the error of this meter. The characteristics of the onsite inspection is Nonpower cables, The clamp current transformer is used to current detection, but the clamp current transformer’s interface exist air gap, causes the line of transducer bee errand and exist in a bigger phaseshift, also the uniformity bee worse. Using partition linearity processing, that may enhance the survey precision.
