編號 本科生畢業(yè) 設(shè)計 有軌式巷道堆垛機機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 The Design of the Overall structure and walking mechanism of a stacker crane 學 生 姓 名 專 業(yè) 學 號 指 導 教 師 學 院 2021 年 06 月 I 摘 要 自動化立體倉庫是物流中的重要組成部分,它是在不直接進行人工干預的情況下自動地存儲和取出物流的系統(tǒng)。它是現(xiàn)代 工業(yè)社會發(fā)展的高科技產(chǎn)物,對提高生產(chǎn)率、降低成本有著重要意義。 近年來,隨著企業(yè)生產(chǎn)與管理的不斷提高,越來越多的企業(yè)認識到物流系統(tǒng)的改善與合理性對企業(yè)的發(fā)展非常重要。堆垛機是自動化立體倉庫中最重要的起重堆垛設(shè)備,它能夠在自動化立體的巷道中來回穿梭運行,將位于巷道口的貨物存入貨格;或者相反取出貨格內(nèi)的貨物運送到巷道口。 本文詳細論述了在現(xiàn)代大多數(shù)企業(yè)中普遍使用的雙立柱堆垛機的設(shè)計方案,文章的重點放在其三個部件:升降機構(gòu)、行走機構(gòu)、貨叉伸縮機構(gòu)的設(shè)計上。首先,提出各個機構(gòu)的總體設(shè)計方案;其次,對各 個機構(gòu)的受力情況進行了分析并計算,然后估算初取值,再進行校核,最后確定各個實際值。 關(guān)鍵詞 自動化立體倉庫 堆垛機 II Abstract Automation threedimensional storehouse is that thing flows important position part, it is to stock and take out voluntarily under not directly carrying out the condition of artificial intervention the system that thing flows out . it is the hightech oute of modern industrial social development, for raise productivity and reduction cost have important meaning. This paper has discussed the focal point of design scheme and article of the two pillar stacker crane of universal use in modern most enterprises in detail put , in thirdly parts: elevator Gou , walk anization and fork telescoping mechanism design , design a kind of tape the cranes safe anization of flexible installation design scheme. first, put forward the overall design scheme of every anization。 secondly, for every anization analyse by force condition calculate , then estimation beginning take value, check nuclear, final definite every reality again worth.
