That hinge locates in the Xijiang river ,which locates in Dinghu District of guangdong province and is the ZhuJiang river for the most part and there are so abundant water power resources that they can be provided to set up the big and mediumsized reservoir and hydroelectric power station .The river valley downstream is the main food production area and the developped industy area of the country .The economic development of this region is serious restricted for not have enough electric power .In order to solve the problem and develop the water resources of the Laoguanhe the Luoyin Water conservation water and electricity project is drawn up constructed ,regarding generating electricity as the main goal ,joining together the flood control ,municipal useage ,farmland irrigation and water product etc. The design head of hydraulic turbine is are three generating units in the station,eac
