【正文】 江西理工大學(xué)應(yīng)用科學(xué)學(xué)院畢業(yè) 設(shè)計(jì) 1 摘 要 集裝箱碼頭裝卸工藝是指在集裝箱從卸船到離港與從進(jìn)港到裝船的搬運(yùn)過程中采用的工藝流程、裝卸搬運(yùn)機(jī)械類型及其相互配合作業(yè)的方式。 為適應(yīng)集裝箱吞吐量快速增長的需要和集裝箱船舶大型化的趨勢,進(jìn)一步縮短船舶停泊時(shí)間,降低碼頭、船東及貨主的單箱成本,國內(nèi)外港口 在裝卸船作業(yè)系統(tǒng)、水平運(yùn)輸作業(yè)系統(tǒng)和堆場作業(yè)系統(tǒng)方面積累了豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。但是作為自動化碼頭,上述 3個(gè)系統(tǒng)之間是相互關(guān)聯(lián)的,每一部分的運(yùn)行都影響著其他部分的正常工作,單個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)效率的提高對碼頭工作效率提高的影響并不顯著。因此,本 設(shè)計(jì) 提出在集裝箱裝卸上采用雙小車裝卸 集裝箱,在水平運(yùn)輸上用智能化小車來代替集裝箱卡車運(yùn)輸集裝箱,在堆場作業(yè)上采用優(yōu)化管理方法進(jìn)行自動分流,從而對 三 個(gè)部分效率的提高都有促進(jìn)作用,全面實(shí)現(xiàn)碼頭自動化作業(yè)。同時(shí),本 設(shè)計(jì) 針對起重機(jī)提出了基于超級電容的控制系統(tǒng),既可以減少廢棄的排放,又能夠儲存集裝箱下放過程中產(chǎn)生的位能,供起重機(jī)起吊重物時(shí)使用,進(jìn)一步實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動化碼頭的高效節(jié)能。 本設(shè)計(jì) 集裝箱自動化碼頭 智能化堆場 進(jìn)行了自動化碼頭的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),對集裝箱自動化碼頭物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)。在與常規(guī)碼頭進(jìn)行比較分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種新的集裝箱裝卸工藝方案,系統(tǒng)由 岸橋、自動導(dǎo)引小車和自動堆跺起重機(jī)組成,并規(guī)劃了碼頭平面布局,指出其系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)和作業(yè)流程,分析了自動化碼頭 AGV調(diào)度原理和調(diào)度規(guī)則,研究了碼頭內(nèi)交通規(guī)則和車輛沖突解決辦法,設(shè)計(jì)了 AGV的邏輯控制,對集裝箱自動化碼頭的設(shè)計(jì)原則和評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了深入地分析與探討。 本設(shè)計(jì) 針對當(dāng)今自動化碼頭存在的作業(yè)效率和穩(wěn)定性不夠理想的狀況,就大幅提高自動化碼頭作業(yè)系統(tǒng)的效率、工作可靠性和營運(yùn)經(jīng)濟(jì)性的技術(shù)路線,介紹國內(nèi)自主研發(fā)的全軌道式新型集裝箱自動化碼頭的裝卸工藝方案。探討了適用于集裝箱自動化碼頭應(yīng)用的相關(guān)技術(shù),包括 AGV的定位 導(dǎo)航、車載控制、管理以及通信系統(tǒng)等。探討的工作將為自主研究 AGV及其管理控制軟件提供幫助。 關(guān)鍵詞 :集裝箱碼頭 。裝卸工藝系統(tǒng) 。AGV。超級電容 ABSTRACT 江西理工大學(xué)應(yīng)用科學(xué)學(xué)院畢業(yè) 設(shè)計(jì) 2 Container Terminal Handling Technology refers to the departure and unloading containers from inbound to the shipment from the removal process used in the process, and material handling machinery types and their interaction with the operating mode.
