設(shè)計年產(chǎn) 20 萬噸楊木硫酸鹽法漿堿回收分廠 設(shè)計年產(chǎn) 20 萬噸楊木硫酸鹽法漿堿回收分廠 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計( 論 文) 題目 : 設(shè)計年產(chǎn) 20 萬噸楊木硫酸鹽法漿堿回收分廠 子題 : 重點設(shè)計燃燒工段 大連工業(yè)大學(xué) 20xx 屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 摘 要 現(xiàn)代造紙企業(yè)通過堿回收新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,提高化學(xué)藥品回收率和燃燒熱效率,以減少對環(huán)境的污染。本設(shè)計特點是工藝成熟、穩(wěn)定,設(shè)備先進且操作性和穩(wěn)定性強,國內(nèi)有關(guān)企業(yè)得到證實。 從蒸煮出來的黑液用鼓式置換洗漿機洗滌使黑液的提取率達到 98%,燃燒工段的補充加入的芒硝為每噸風(fēng)干漿補充純度為 90%的芒硝量為 32 ㎏,堿回收率高達 %,自給率為 100%,燃燒熱效率 68%。蒸發(fā)工段采用 先進的黑液高濃結(jié)晶技術(shù),使黑液由洗滌工段的 17%升至 72%,直接進爐燃燒,無須再蒸發(fā),環(huán)保,節(jié)能。堿噴射爐采用單汽包無臭技術(shù),采用大面積的省煤器,靜電除塵率為 98%,防止煙氣二次污染。 通過堿回收新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,明顯的提高了化學(xué)藥品的回收率,減少了對環(huán)境的污染,并且對燃燒熱量的回收,達到良好的環(huán)境效益,社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 堿回收;黑液高濃結(jié)晶技術(shù);大面積省煤器。 大連工業(yè)大學(xué) 20xx 屆本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II Abstract The modern paper making business improve the new technical of the chemistry recovery reduce the environmental pollution through raising the chemicals recovery rate and hot efficiencies. This design, s characters is mature、stability, the equipments are rumrunners and operability and the stabilities are strong, the confirmation has been prove by the business enterprise. The black liquid withdraw the rate to attain with the drum type displacement from the black liquid that steam to boil out98%,In burning section the pure degree measures to 32 ㎏ for 90% long grass nitric, the chemistry recovery rate is up to %, the selfsufficient rate is 100%, the burnable hot efficiency 68%. In evaporation section, the black liquid from wash away dirt 17% of the work segment rises to 72%, direct enter stove bustion, need not to evaporate again, environmental protection and economize on energy. Static electricity in addition to the dust rate for 98%, keep smoke from annoys to pollute two times. Through the new technical application of the chemistry recovery, it has raised the recovery rate of the chemicals obviously, reduce the environmental pollution, and attain the good environment performance, social performance and economic performance.
