鏜床 夾具設計 [摘要 ] 鏜床發(fā)展的水平之高主要表現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)品設計理念的不斷更新,體現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品 設計將裝飾藝術與精細加工的完美結(jié)合;產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷創(chuàng)新,顯示了鏜床在向高速、高精、高效發(fā)展的同時,還向人性化、精細化制造的方向發(fā)展,而鏜床夾具的發(fā)展也是齊頭并進,毫不遜色。 本論文通過對 鏜床的加工方法,工作原理的研究 分析, 選定了箱體零件設計了一個鏜床夾具 ,并給出了結(jié)構(gòu)方案 。該夾具設計有對刀裝置。既能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)工件的準確裝夾,還可以準確對刀。夾 緊方式采用了液壓夾緊。 夾緊快速簡潔,夾緊力的控制和裝夾定位準確,通過對刀裝置的 準確對刀,最終保證了工件的加工精度。 [關鍵詞 ]鏜床 夾具 對刀 箱體 Jigs for Boring Machine Design Abstract: Boring development of a high standard of performance in the major product design concepts is continuously updated. reflect the product design of decorative arts and fine processing the perfect bination。 product mix of constant innovation and shows the boring machine to the highspeed, highprecision, highefficiency development, it is also to humanity, fine Manufacturing direction, Jig Boring Machine and the parallel development is not out of step.
