本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書 篩板精餾塔 設(shè)計(jì) DESIGN OF SIEVE PLATE DISTILLATION COLUMN 學(xué)院(部): 專業(yè)班級(jí): 學(xué)生姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師: 2021 年 X 月 X 日 XXXXX 大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 篩板精餾塔 設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 設(shè)計(jì)了 年處理量為 10 萬(wàn)噸的 分離苯和甲苯混合物的 篩板精餾 塔,由所給的任務(wù) , 分 離 45%(苯的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))苯 甲苯的混合物。本設(shè)計(jì)為了滿足生產(chǎn)工藝的要求, 我 對(duì)精餾塔 各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了準(zhǔn)確的計(jì)算,包括塔的工藝條件,材料性能參數(shù), 塔體 結(jié)構(gòu) , 塔 體 尺寸 等 。 設(shè)計(jì)可以分為工藝設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)兩部分。工藝設(shè)計(jì)首先是確定工藝方案和工藝流程,然后對(duì)塔進(jìn)行物料衡算,并用圖解法計(jì)算理論塔板數(shù),最后根據(jù)全塔效率計(jì)算實(shí)際塔板數(shù)。工藝設(shè)計(jì)還需計(jì)算塔的物性參數(shù)和塔體工藝尺寸。由以上工藝條件,可以初步設(shè)計(jì)出篩板的工藝尺寸,并對(duì)塔板進(jìn)行負(fù)荷性能校核。結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)包括塔體壁厚計(jì)算,封頭的設(shè)計(jì),裙座的設(shè)計(jì)以及塔體的強(qiáng)度校核。 本設(shè)計(jì)還對(duì) 塔的主要 附件 進(jìn)行 了 選型及主要接管的尺寸進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。 本設(shè)計(jì)設(shè)計(jì)合理,滿足生產(chǎn)工藝要求 。 關(guān)鍵詞 :苯 甲苯 , 精餾 , 篩板塔 , 工藝 設(shè)計(jì) ,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) XXXXX 大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II DESIGN OF SIEVE PLATE DISTILLATION COLUMN ABSTRACT Designed here is an distillation sieve plate column which has an annual handling capacity of 10 tons to separates benzene and toluene by the task, it separates 45% benzene from the mixture of the order to satisfy the demend of the production, I did an accurate calculation for every aspects of the column as followings: the process condition, the properties of the material, the column, the specification of the tower plate, etc. The design can be divided into two parts, that is the process design and mechanical design. First, I determined the process, then calculated the mass balance of the column, as well as the theoretical plate number using graphic I calculated the real plate number according to the efficiency of the whole column. Process design requires calculation of physical parameters and the geometries of the column. Given the above conditions, we can preliminarily caculate the process size of sieve, and check the load performance of the tray. Mechanical design includes the calculation of the thickness of column wall, the design of the head and skirt , and the strength check of also made a selection of attachments of the column and calaculated the size of main nozzles.
