【正文】 1 摘 要 本次設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容是糖廠廢水的處理，主要的處理對象 主要包括車間生產(chǎn)廢水和部分制糖工藝?yán)鋮s循環(huán)水 。設(shè)計(jì)每天處理水量為 14400m3/d，進(jìn)水水質(zhì)為 COD： 800 mg/L、BOD： 400 mg/L， SS： 100 mg/L，要求處理后的污水達(dá)到 COD≤ 100 mg/L ， BOD≤ 20 mg/L， SS≤ 70 mg/L， 符合污水綜合排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（ GB 89781996）中的一級標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 依據(jù)該糖廠的水質(zhì)水量特點(diǎn)及糖廠廢水處理技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀、排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，本處理工程的主體工藝確定氧化溝工藝。 工藝流程為： 從沉淀池中排出的污泥經(jīng)過排泥管收集到糖廠內(nèi)的鍋爐沉灰池。 采用該工藝總投資為 萬元，廢水處理成本為 元。采用氧化溝工藝可有效地保護(hù)周邊水環(huán)境，而且該工藝還有易于管理等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 糖廠廢水；氧化溝；污水處理 廢水 格柵 調(diào)節(jié)池 出水 沉淀池 氧化溝 生物選擇池 泵 污泥池 污泥 污泥回流 剩余污泥排回廠里沉灰池 泵 2 The method design for Sugar factory waste water Abstract: This project is designed for Sugar factory waste water treatment. The main targets include the processing workshop production of wastewater and some sugar water cooling cycle. Everyday it treated wastewater14400m3. The quality of water which enter the wastewater treatment plant as follow. COD: 800mg/L, BOD5: 400mg/L, SS: 100 mg/L. The effluent is expected to satisfy the requirement： COD≤100 mg/L, BOD≤20 mg/L, SS≤70 mg/L,which reach to Inregrated wastewater discharge standard(GB89781996) in A standard. According to the water qulity and water volume in this Sugar factory, with the treatment technique conditions and discharge standard. we decide to adopt Oxidation Ditch the main treatment process. Particular process is as follow:The sluge which discharged from the secondary sediment tank is collected to Sugar factory Precipitation PFA tank by sluge pipe. The total construction expenditure of this project is million, and the cost of the wastewater treatment is yuan per cubic meter. Adopting the Oxidation Ditch can protect the water environment around the area. The character of this process is easy to operate and so on.
