I 摘要 鋼包回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái) 設(shè)在連鑄機(jī)澆鑄位置上方用于運(yùn)載鋼包過跨和支承鋼包進(jìn)行澆鑄的設(shè)備 , 是現(xiàn)代連鑄 生產(chǎn) 中 的重要設(shè)備之一,為實(shí)現(xiàn)連鑄創(chuàng)造了連續(xù)提供鋼液的條件 。 鋼包回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)有四個(gè)工作特點(diǎn): 1 它能迅速準(zhǔn)確的將載滿鋼水的鋼包運(yùn)送至澆鋼位置,并在澆鋼過程中支承鋼包; 2 更換鋼包迅速、能適應(yīng)多爐連澆的需要;發(fā)生事故或斷電時(shí),能迅速將鋼包移至安全位置; 3 能實(shí)現(xiàn)保護(hù)澆注,并通過安裝鋼水稱重裝置,澆注更順利; 4 占用澆鑄平臺(tái)面積小,有利于澆注操作。 本課設(shè)計(jì)以 SMS 公司設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的蝶式可升降鋼 包回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái)為參照。主要對(duì)回轉(zhuǎn)裝置進(jìn)行 相關(guān) 設(shè)計(jì) 計(jì)算 ,設(shè)計(jì) 包括計(jì)算驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置功率和電機(jī)選型校核、減速器的選型、開式齒輪校核、回轉(zhuǎn)支承的選型和地腳螺栓的校核 等 。 關(guān)鍵詞: 蝶式 鋼包回轉(zhuǎn)臺(tái) ; 回轉(zhuǎn)裝置 ; 驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置 ; II Abstract Ladle turret position in continuous casting machine casting ladle over the top for the delivery and support across the ladle for casting equipment, is important in the production of modern casting one of the devices, in order to achieve the creation of a continuous casting of molten steel to provide the conditions.
