【正文】 本科畢業(yè) 設(shè)計 (論文 ) 計算機輔助工藝 設(shè)計 庫 建立 上海 理工大 學(xué) 全日 制本科 生畢業(yè) 設(shè)計(論 文) 姓 名 學(xué) 號 學(xué) 院 機械學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化 指導(dǎo)教師 完成日期 2021 年 5 月 承諾書 本人鄭重承諾:所呈交的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 計算機輔助工藝設(shè)計庫建立 是在導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下,嚴格按照學(xué)校和學(xué)院的有關(guān)規(guī)定由 本人獨立完成。文中所引用的觀點和參考資料均已標注并加以注釋。論文研究過程中不存在抄襲他人研究成果和偽造相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)等行為。如若出現(xiàn)任何侵犯他人知識產(chǎn)權(quán)等問題,本人愿意承擔相關(guān)法律責(zé)任。 承諾人(簽名): 日 期: 計算機輔助工藝 設(shè)計 庫建立 摘 要 工藝設(shè)計是機械制造過程技術(shù)準備工作中的一項重要內(nèi)容,是產(chǎn)品設(shè)計與企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的紐帶,工藝設(shè)計所生成的工藝文件是指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)過程的重要 文件及制訂生產(chǎn)計劃與調(diào)度的依據(jù)。隨著機械制造生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和當今市場對多品種、小批量生產(chǎn)的要求,特別是 CAD/CAM 系統(tǒng)向集成化、智能化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、可視化方向發(fā)展,計算機輔助工藝設(shè)計也就日益為人們所重視。 計算機輔助工藝設(shè)計的應(yīng)用能大大縮短企業(yè)工藝設(shè)計周期,提高產(chǎn)品對市場的響應(yīng)能力,以此來提高企業(yè)工藝設(shè)計的質(zhì)量和效率,進而取得競爭優(yōu)勢。CAPP 之所以得到各方面的重視,一方面是隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和社會進步,逐漸暴露出手工設(shè)計工藝規(guī)程的諸多缺點,而計算機由于本身具有的優(yōu)越條件,成為克服這些缺點的有效手段。其次,它 是隨著計算機的出現(xiàn)和應(yīng)用及科學(xué)技術(shù)和工程技術(shù)發(fā)生了革命性的變革的新形式下應(yīng)運而生的產(chǎn)物,是改善多品種小批量生產(chǎn)狀況的有效途徑。 本課題來源于上海理工大學(xué) CAD 中心和上海某機床廠合作的信息化管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)項目。 本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)采用 B/S 體系結(jié)構(gòu),采用 Tomcat 作為 Web 服務(wù)平臺, JSP( Java Sever Pages,動態(tài)服務(wù)網(wǎng)頁)作為系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)工具。采用 ODBCJDBC 技術(shù)與數(shù)據(jù)庫連接存儲數(shù)據(jù),數(shù)據(jù)庫采用的是 SQL Server 2021 R2, 系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,具有良好的用戶友好性。 通過對本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計 與實施,為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)快速設(shè)計與制造提供強有力的支持,為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)計算機集成制造系統(tǒng)打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ),同時可使企業(yè)的信息化程度得到很大的提高,進而提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 工藝設(shè)計 CAPP 自動化生產(chǎn) IV COMPUTER AIDED PROCESS PLANNING ABSTRACT The market of 21 century has changed from a seller39。s market into a buyer39。s market, in order to take advantage of petition, enterprises must ply with the changes in the market, and make production diversified and personalized. The product diversification means that the workload of product design is dramatically increased, while, the ever— increasing workload often revolve around the process design. As the bond of product design and manufacturing, process design is one of the most important part in the manufacturing process. Therefore, for the modern enterprise, especially those small and medium enterprises, a problem should be immediately solved is to develop puter aided process planning system to improve the process design quality and efficiency , and then get petitive advantage. Below are the reasons why CAPP has received various aspects of attention. On the one hand, with the development of science and technology , the disadvantages of the manual design process planning has gradually been exposed, but the puter has the superior conditions and effective means to overe these shortings. On the other hand, it is a new form of the production at the historic moment when the emergence of puter and the application and revolutionary changes have taken place in science and technology and engineering technology, it is one of the most effective ways to improve the production of goods of variety, but small amount. This topic is based on the project of information management system. This system development use B/S structure, using Tomcat as Web services platform, JSP (Java Sever Pages, dynamic service page) as a system development tool. using ODBCJDBC bridge to connect to the database to SQL Server 2021 R2 as database Server. The system runs stably and has good userfriendliness. The development and application of this system provide strong support to the further achievement of rapid design and manufacturing of the enterprises, make solid foundation for enterprises to realize the integrated manufacturing system. and also, improve the informatization level of a enterprises which boost economic and social benefit.
