【正文】 I 摘 要 ABS 是在汽車制動(dòng)過程中提高操縱穩(wěn)定性和轉(zhuǎn)向控制能力的主動(dòng)安全裝置。 ABS正常工作對(duì)汽車行駛安全至關(guān)重要。滾筒式慣性檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)是檢測(cè)汽車 ABS 系統(tǒng)性能的實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),它可以替代路測(cè),實(shí)現(xiàn) ABS 測(cè)試系統(tǒng)在室內(nèi)測(cè)試的要求。滾筒式慣性檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)主要有三部分組成,電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)部分、滾筒轉(zhuǎn)鼓部分、飛輪組部分,本文主要針對(duì)其各部分的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)的。 本文介紹了 ABS 系統(tǒng)滾筒式慣性檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)主要部件的設(shè)計(jì)方法及設(shè)計(jì)過程。論述了 ABS 系統(tǒng)的工作原理,分析了現(xiàn)在存在的各種汽車性能檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái),確定了總體設(shè)計(jì)方案及各部分零件的 型號(hào)的選取。本文 ABS 系統(tǒng)滾筒式慣性檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái) 采用滾筒帶動(dòng)車輪轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),同時(shí)根據(jù)車輪的尺寸及汽車的重量分析設(shè)計(jì)滾筒的結(jié)構(gòu)及尺寸。 ABS系統(tǒng)滾筒式慣性檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái) 主要采用飛輪模擬汽車在道路上行駛的慣量,根據(jù)模擬的原理對(duì)飛輪進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,確定飛輪的數(shù)量及結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,并且對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行一定的校核 。最后使用 AutoCAD 進(jìn)行平面制圖。 全套圖紙,加 153893706 關(guān)鍵詞 : ABS 系統(tǒng);飛輪;滾筒;實(shí)驗(yàn)臺(tái);轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量 II III ABSTRACT ABS in the auto brake process improve handling stability and steering control ability of active safety device.
