山東科技大學學士學位論文 I 摘 要 在項目的建設過程中,施工組織設計無疑扮演著重要的角色。 施工組織設計是建筑施工組織的核心和靈魂,是對工程建設項目全過程的構(gòu)思設想和具體安排,用來指導施工項目全過程各項活動的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟和組織的綜合性文件。 本施工組織設計是針對 開發(fā)區(qū)創(chuàng)業(yè)園岔河橋 工程施工的綱領性文件。本設計主要包括以下內(nèi)容: 施工總體部署、 總工程量 的計算 、工程總造價 、施工準備、主要分部分項工程施工方法、工程質(zhì)量保證措施、 進度計劃保證措施、工期計劃保證措施 安全及文明施工措施、施工現(xiàn)場管理措施 、工程質(zhì)量回訪保修 等諸多因素盡可能充分考慮, 突出科學性、適用性及針對性,是確保 優(yōu)質(zhì)、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任務的重要經(jīng)濟技術(shù)文件, 以指導施工順利地完成本工程項目的建設,控制工程成本,創(chuàng)建優(yōu)質(zhì)工程。 關(guān)鍵詞: 施工總部署,質(zhì)量控制,進度計劃,成本控制 山東科技大學學士學位論文 II Abstract In the course of the construction of the project, the construction anization design is playing an important role.
