遼寧科技大學(xué)成人教育學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 鏈篦機(jī) 回轉(zhuǎn)窯球團(tuán)燒結(jié)過(guò)程控制系統(tǒng)研究 遼寧科技大學(xué)成人教育學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II 摘 要 隨著我國(guó)球團(tuán)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,特別是在生產(chǎn)中鏈篦機(jī) 回轉(zhuǎn)窯設(shè)備的比例不斷的加大,設(shè)備大型化是目前國(guó)內(nèi)外球團(tuán)生產(chǎn)的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)志,是未來(lái)球團(tuán)發(fā)展的總趨勢(shì)。結(jié)合實(shí)際本論文對(duì)鏈篦機(jī) 回轉(zhuǎn)窯自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)作了深入的研究,通過(guò)詳細(xì)分析球團(tuán)燒結(jié)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工藝、控制要求和過(guò)程特點(diǎn),采用先進(jìn)的自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)完成球團(tuán)燒結(jié)鏈篦機(jī) 回轉(zhuǎn)窯自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)使現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作人員可以及時(shí)了解生產(chǎn)狀況 ,從而有針對(duì)性的調(diào)整生產(chǎn)工藝參數(shù)提高生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量。結(jié)合鞍鋼氧化球團(tuán)生產(chǎn) 工藝技術(shù)要求,應(yīng)用西門(mén)子 PROFIBUSDP 現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線(xiàn)和以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)鏈篦機(jī) 回轉(zhuǎn)窯球團(tuán)燒結(jié)過(guò)程自動(dòng)化的硬件組態(tài)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)配置、集中管理和自動(dòng)化控制功能。此自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)采用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)思想, PLC 控制系統(tǒng)采用 STEP7 來(lái)完成硬件的組態(tài)。在控制系統(tǒng)中組態(tài)軟件采用 WinCC 進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的集成,以滿(mǎn)足在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中的需要。 鏈篦機(jī) 回轉(zhuǎn)窯球團(tuán)燒結(jié)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的實(shí)施, 提高了產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量和成品球團(tuán)礦的質(zhì)量,對(duì)提高 球團(tuán) 企業(yè)的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益具有推動(dòng)作用,同時(shí)為復(fù)雜工業(yè)過(guò)程控制提供了實(shí)用的方法。 關(guān)鍵 詞 : 球團(tuán)燒 結(jié) , PLC, WinCC , 鏈篦機(jī) 回轉(zhuǎn)窯 遼寧科技大學(xué)成人教育學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) III DESIGN OF GRATEKILN PELLETS SINTERING PROCESS CONTROL SYSTEM Abstract Along with the development of domestic pellets production technique and unceasing proportion enlarge of graterotary kiln equipment, the large scale equipment is an important symbol presenting domestic and foreign pellet sintering plants, which is the general developing of pellets plants. The paper carries through research on the graterotary kiln automatic control system based on the analysis the pellets sintering technology, the control request and process characteristic. The advanced automatic control technology is adopted to plete the pellets sintering control system design. The production condition is promptly understood by talk with the operators. The paper unifies the production technology request of the oxide pellets sintering process in Anshan iron and steel pany to design systematic hardware configuration, work configuration, the centralized management and the automation control function based on the Simens PORFIBUS field bus and the Ether technology. The design of systematic software adopts modularization concept. The system uses STEP7 to design PLC control system to plete hardware configuration. The configuration software uses WinCC in the control system to carry on the system integration in order to meet the actual production need. The implementation of the automated system of graterotary kiln sintering production process enhances the product output and pellet quality, raises the economic efficiency, and provides the practical method for the plex industry process control.
