【正文】 I 生物發(fā)酵過(guò)程自動(dòng)加藥控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 自動(dòng)加藥設(shè)備在微生物發(fā)酵相關(guān)行業(yè)得到了很多的應(yīng)用 ,這個(gè)設(shè)備的控制回路比較單一,自動(dòng)化程度低。針對(duì)該問(wèn)題,將這項(xiàng)設(shè)備技術(shù)中融入 PLC 控制, WinCC 組態(tài)控制的技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)出自動(dòng)加藥的控制方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)了微生物發(fā)酵的自動(dòng)加藥控制,并且此系統(tǒng)中上位機(jī)實(shí)時(shí)進(jìn)行組態(tài)監(jiān)控,數(shù)據(jù)記錄,故障報(bào)警。 本文在介紹了生物發(fā)酵控制技術(shù)現(xiàn)如今的發(fā)展概況以及 PLC 在整個(gè)控制行業(yè)的應(yīng)用情況,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)的要求,構(gòu)建了由 PLC 作為下位機(jī),西門(mén)子觸摸屏作為監(jiān)控面板的自動(dòng)加藥控制系統(tǒng)。本文研究了微生物發(fā)酵自動(dòng) 加藥的硬件選型和 PLC 軟件編程, WinCC 組態(tài),以及PLC 與觸摸屏之間, PLC 與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備之間的信號(hào)采集與數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方式,接入了 ph,溫度, DO,液位等作為輸入?yún)?shù),并且將實(shí)時(shí)的這些參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)送往中央處理器進(jìn)行處理,與設(shè)定值之間求差,并且將這一差值作為控制器的輸入值,經(jīng)過(guò) PID 控制處理過(guò)后的輸出值自動(dòng)計(jì)算出蠕動(dòng)泵運(yùn)行的占空比。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)通過(guò)傳感器采集對(duì)象參數(shù)輸出的模擬量信號(hào),在中央處理器中經(jīng)過(guò) 相應(yīng) 控制算法 的計(jì)算后 , PID 給出 輸出的調(diào)節(jié)信號(hào),控制 器件 隨之 對(duì) 整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行控制,最終達(dá)到穩(wěn)態(tài),使整個(gè)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。 改造 后的微生物自動(dòng)加藥控制系統(tǒng)集技術(shù)性、操作性、實(shí)用性、科研性于一體。在投入使用之后,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,控制方便,自動(dòng)化程度高,達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)的目的,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)于整個(gè)發(fā)酵系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)的監(jiān)控,將這一技術(shù)應(yīng)用到實(shí)際生產(chǎn)當(dāng)中,能夠?yàn)槲⑸锇l(fā)酵行業(yè)帶來(lái)良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和環(huán)保效益。 關(guān)鍵詞: PLC 自動(dòng)加藥 WinCC PID 控制 微生物發(fā)酵 I Automatic control system design of biological fermentation process Abstract Automatic dosing equipment in microbial fermentation industry gets a lot of applications, the device control loop is a single, low degree of automation. This paper studies the microanism fermentation automatic dosing of hardware selection and software programming of PLC and WinCC configuration, as well as between PLC and touch screen, PLC and field devices between the signal acquisition and data transmission mode, access to the ph, temperature, DO, such as liquid level as the input parameters, and these parameters of realtime data to the CPU for processing, and the difference between the set point, and this difference as the controller input values, after treated with PID control of the output value automatically calculate the peristaltic pump running duty ratio. The whole system through the sensor output analog signal acquisition object parameters, these signals in the central processing unit (CPU) after the corresponding putation of the control algorithm, PID regulation of the output signal are given, the control device to control the whole control system, then finally reached steady state, the stable operation of the whole system.
