It is called the distributorless ignition system, or direct ignition system. This system provides a high voltage spark at the spark plug without many of the secondary system parts. The system can provide higher voltages and does so with fewer parts to wear out. With the rapid development of puter technology and developed countries to limit emissions from vehicles and other performance requirements for the improvement of puter applications in the car with puter control of ignition timing to form a microputercontrolled ignition system, as the puter has a fast response, control high precision, Take this ignition as foundation to design ,Plus a traditional ignition system and electronic ignition system, and make ignition system experiment table. When teacher use this experiment table in teaching, the students prehends more easily, remember much deeper and the study efficiency will be significantly improved. The design specification explain the mechanical structure of ignition system and analysis the working principle and the drive route in detail. It is the main conte nts that the design process of ignition system experiment table is explained and summarized. The total design work ignition system experiment table include the design of experiment table structure, the design of frontpanel, the design of control chart, the design of fault. Overall design, structural features and the terminal of diagnose. Fault installed air conditioning and automatic electronic control circuit and the modified circuit bonding technology.
