【正文】 本科畢業(yè)論文 第 2 頁 共 16 頁 2 中 文 摘 要 兵員動員是國家為進行戰(zhàn)爭而征集或招募適齡公民到軍隊服現(xiàn)役所采取的措施。它是武裝力量動員的重要組成部分。雖然而今將進入信息化戰(zhàn)爭時代，但兵員動員作為保持和擴充軍力的重要手段和必不可少的環(huán)節(jié)，依然是奪取主動 、贏取勝利的重要因素。未來信息化戰(zhàn)爭作戰(zhàn)進程更快，戰(zhàn)機稍縱即逝，對兵員動員提出了更為嚴格的要求。因而為了適應(yīng)未來的信息化戰(zhàn)爭，戰(zhàn)時迅速完成兵員動員任務(wù)，為戰(zhàn)爭的勝利打下基礎(chǔ)，我們必須認真分析信息化環(huán)境對兵員動員的影響，并找準減少這些不利影響的對策。因而深入地分析信息化戰(zhàn) 爭環(huán)境與兵員動員，了解信息化戰(zhàn)爭環(huán)境對兵員動員各方面產(chǎn)生的影響，然后對此出現(xiàn)的問題做出相應(yīng)的對策與解決方案，確保兵員動員任務(wù)的合理完成成為了我們當(dāng)前必須要認真去做的重中之重。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 信息化戰(zhàn)爭 兵員動員 影響與對策 本科畢業(yè)論文 第 3 頁 共 16 頁 3 Abstract Mobilization of troops is the state for war and collecting or recruitment of citizens to the army on active service measures. It is an important part of the mobilization of armed forces. Although now will enter the age of information warfare, but maintaining and expanding the military mobilization of troops as the important means and the essential link, is still active, seize the important factor to win the victory. The future information warfare process faster, transient aircraft, on the mobilization of troops raised more strict requirement. In order to meet the future information warfare, the wartime mobilization of troops quickly pleted the task, to lay the foundation for the victory of the war, we must carefully analyze the information environment on the mobilization of troops,and accurately reduce these adverse effects countermeasures.
