本科生畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計) 題 目: 輕型門式剛架廠房設(shè)計 姓 名: 系 別 : 專 業(yè): 年 級: 學(xué) 號: 指導(dǎo)教師 : 職稱: 講師 20 年 月 日 中文摘要 本工程為某輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)門式剛架設(shè)計。根據(jù)畢業(yè)設(shè)計任務(wù)書的要求,分建筑與結(jié)構(gòu)兩部分進行設(shè)計。 建筑部分,通過查閱《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范 GB500172021》、《簡明鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計手冊》、《福建省建筑設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖籍》等相關(guān)資料,將門式剛架廠房設(shè)計為 13跨,每跨的間距為 30m,總的 建筑面積為 2160m2。該單層門式剛架結(jié)構(gòu)是以輕型焊接 H 型鋼(變截面)作為主要承重骨架,用冷彎薄壁型鋼( C 型)做檁條、墻梁;以壓型鋼板做屋面、墻面;采用 80mm 玻璃棉作為保溫隔熱材料并適當(dāng)設(shè)置支撐的一種輕型房屋結(jié)構(gòu)體系。 結(jié)構(gòu)部分,根據(jù)已形成的建筑圖及其相關(guān)要求,查閱《建筑結(jié)構(gòu)荷載規(guī)范GB500092021》、《冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)范 GB500182021》、《鋼結(jié)構(gòu)連接節(jié)點設(shè)計手冊》、《房屋建筑鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計》等相關(guān)規(guī)范和一定量的實際工程設(shè)計圖,對每榀剛架的最不利荷載進行計算,利用 PKPM 軟件完成剛架的 合理截面計算,然后通過設(shè)計規(guī)范的相關(guān)要求,對剛架梁、柱、支撐、檁條等構(gòu)件進行穩(wěn)定性計算,用 AUTOCAD2021 分別繪制出設(shè)計圖。最后,整理計算書并出圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)門式剛架 建筑 結(jié)構(gòu) 規(guī)范 設(shè)計圖 Abstract This project is a light steel portal frame design.
