【正文】 I 摘 要 近年來(lái) ， 我國(guó)建筑工程施工過(guò)程中 重大 傷亡事故頻頻發(fā)生 ， 事故傷亡人數(shù) 一直 居高不下 ， 預(yù)防和減少建筑工程施工事故成為越來(lái)越多 人的關(guān)注話題 。 由于建筑工程施工復(fù)雜化 、 設(shè)計(jì)多樣化 、 高空作業(yè)多和從業(yè)人員整體素質(zhì)較低 、 建筑市場(chǎng)多元化等特點(diǎn) ， 加上施工生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中難以避免 的 不確定性 ， 施工過(guò)程 、 施工環(huán)境業(yè)必然呈多變狀態(tài) ， 因而潛在的安全隱患增多 。 若處置不當(dāng)容易發(fā)生安全事故 ，給人民生命財(cái)產(chǎn)造成損失 ， 影響社會(huì)穩(wěn)定 。 想要從根本上減少建筑工程傷亡事故的發(fā)生 ， 必須查其特點(diǎn) 、 糾 其原因 ， 才能得出對(duì)策 。 本文從我國(guó)建筑工程施工安全事故的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā) ， 研究我國(guó)建筑工程施工安全事故的類型 ， 探究其發(fā)生規(guī)律 、特點(diǎn) ， 進(jìn)而探究建筑安全事故發(fā)生的原因 ， 指出我國(guó)在建筑工程安全管理 上的不足及其 努力方向 。 在文章的最后 ， 針對(duì)建筑工程施工安全事故中最常發(fā)生的五大事故進(jìn)行分析 ， 通過(guò)案例分析和統(tǒng)計(jì)的方法討論五大傷害發(fā)生的規(guī)律和原因 ， 并給出防范措施 。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 建筑 施工 安全 ； 傷亡事故 ； 探因 II Abstract In recent years ， The occurrence of major casualties in China39。s building construction process is frequent， Accident casualties have been high， Prevention and reduction of building construction accidents bee the topic more and more people concerned about. Because construction plexity， design diversified and aloft working more employees and overall quality is low ， construction market diversification and other characteristics， add construction in the process of production of hard to avoid uncertainty， the construction process and construction environment industry in state inevitable changeable， and potential security hidden danger increase. If disposed of improperly prone to security incidents， to the people39。s lives and property losses， and affect social stability. Want to reduce the casualties of the construction works on the fundamental， Must check its characteristics， and correct its causes in order to obtain countermeasures. Departure from the status quo of China39。s building construction safety incidents， the type of building construction safety accidents， explore its Occurrence， characteristics， and then explore the reasons of building security incidents， points out the deficiencies in the safety management of construction projects endeavors. At the end of the article， for the most frequently occurred five incidents in building construction， through case studies and statistical methods to discuss the five injury’s patterns and cases， and given the preventive measure.
