湖北工業(yè)大學(xué)商貿(mào)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 摘 要 Pro/E 是美國 PTC 公司著名的 CAD/CAM 3D 設(shè)計系統(tǒng)。自 1998 年問世以來,已經(jīng)逐漸成為當(dāng)今世界最普及的 CAD/CAM 3D 系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)軟件,該軟件廣泛應(yīng)用于機(jī)械、模具、工業(yè)設(shè)計、汽車、電子、航空航天、家電等各行業(yè)。 Pro/E 的功能非常強(qiáng)大,使用它能夠進(jìn)行諸如零件設(shè)計、產(chǎn)品組合、模具開發(fā)、 NC( NumberControl 數(shù)控)加工、鈑金件設(shè)計、鑄造件設(shè)計、造型設(shè)計、逆向工程、自動測量、運(yùn)動仿真、應(yīng)力分析、以及產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)庫管理等工作。但是 Pro/E 結(jié)構(gòu)龐大,模塊眾多,所以學(xué)習(xí)起來有一定的難 度。 本文主要是在 Pro/E 軟件設(shè)計平臺上完成新型手表的三維造型設(shè)計。在整個設(shè)計的過程中,主要對手表的各個零部件進(jìn)行造型設(shè)計和色彩渲染,最后對各個零部件進(jìn)行虛擬裝配、全局干涉檢查。通過對新型手表的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,肯定了 Pro/E 軟件在造型設(shè)計、基本特征創(chuàng)建、組件虛擬裝配、色彩渲染等方面的優(yōu)勢,從而使設(shè)計工作直觀化、高效化、精確化。并充分證明了 Pro/E 軟件在新產(chǎn)品的研究和開發(fā)中具有很重要的意義。 關(guān)鍵字: Pro/E,三維造型設(shè)計,虛擬裝配 湖北工業(yè)大學(xué)商貿(mào)學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II Abstract Pro/E is the United States PTC39。s famous CAD/CAM3D design system. Since its inception in 1998, has gradually bee the world39。s most popular CAD/CAM3D standard system software, the software is widely used in machinery, mold, industrial design, automotive, electronics, aerospace, electronics and other industries. Pro/E is very powerful, which could be used as parts design, mold development, product portfolio, NC ( NumberControl NC ) processing, design sheet metal parts, casting parts design, shape design, reverse engineering, automatic measurement, motion simulation, stress analysis, and database management work. But Pro/E has huge structure, many modules, so learning rises have certain difficulty. The new watch of threedimensional design was pleted, used the software of Pro/E in this paper. In the process of threedimensional design, mainly pleted the design and color rendering of watch parts and ponents. Finally, pleted the virtual assembly, the overall interference checking of various parts and ponents. Through the system design of new watches, affirmed the advantages of Pro/E software in design, the creation of the basic characteristics, ponents, virtual assembly, dynamic simulation, color rendering, so that the design of visualization, efficient, and precision. And it was proved that Pro/E software has great importance in research and development of new products.
