【正文】 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 論 文 國(guó)際教育學(xué)院 School of International Education 專業(yè)班級(jí): 熱動(dòng)專 112 學(xué)生姓名: 曹佳寧 學(xué)生學(xué)號(hào): 20xx024232 指導(dǎo)教師: 張瑞青 凝汽式汽輪機(jī)組初步設(shè)計(jì)及輔助 設(shè)備選擇 I 凝汽式汽輪機(jī)組初步設(shè)計(jì)及輔助設(shè)備選擇 Preliminary design of condensing steam turbine unit and its auxiliary equipmentselection 專業(yè)班級(jí): 電廠熱能動(dòng)力裝置 112 班 學(xué)生姓名: 曹佳寧 學(xué) 號(hào): 20xx024232 指導(dǎo)教師: 張瑞青 摘 要 本次設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容包括了電廠原則性熱力系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算、擬定、熱力系統(tǒng)輔助設(shè)備的選擇;鍋爐燃燒系統(tǒng)及其設(shè)備的選擇;供水方式的確定和水泵的選擇等。 為裝有中間再熱機(jī)組凝汽式 600MW 火力發(fā)電廠熱力系統(tǒng)局部初步設(shè)計(jì)。 電廠原則性熱力系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算為本次設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)備選型提供了數(shù)據(jù),其汽水流量的計(jì)算是選擇給水泵、凝結(jié)水泵、除氧器等設(shè)備的臺(tái)數(shù)和容量 的依據(jù)。而對(duì)于熱力系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的選型則是火電廠可行性研究及初步設(shè)計(jì)中熱機(jī)部分的主要部分內(nèi)容,又是運(yùn)行電廠中組織經(jīng)濟(jì)的主要技術(shù)依據(jù)。熱力系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的選型提供了全廠熱力系統(tǒng)的基本結(jié)構(gòu),提供了全廠主要的主、輔熱力設(shè)備規(guī)格。通過本次設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)達(dá)到能夠熟練并掌握電廠的熱力系統(tǒng)及系統(tǒng)設(shè)備的連接方式和運(yùn)行特性,能把書本知識(shí)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際結(jié)合起來,能培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立思考和查閱文獻(xiàn)資料及綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)知識(shí)的能力。本次設(shè)計(jì)以安全經(jīng)濟(jì)為原則,最終選擇出合適的電廠設(shè)備。 關(guān)鍵詞 600MW 火力發(fā)電廠 , 初步設(shè)計(jì) , 原則性熱力計(jì)算 , 設(shè)備選型 III Abstract This preliminary design is for the portion of thermal power plant of 600MW condensing intermediate reheat unit, the main content include the calculation and drawing of the principle thermal system and the selecting of the water supplying and the selecting of the water supplying and the choice of water pump, ect. This calculation of thermal system provide the date for the equipment selecting in this design. The calculation of the steam flow is prepared for selection of the account and capacity to the feedwater pump, condensate pump deoxidize device. The selection of the thermal system equpment is the main content of the feasibility research of power palant and heat engine in oreliminnary designing and it’s also the main technipue base of economic in the power plant. The position of thermal system and standards of the main and auxiliary thermal equipment is decided by the selecting of thermal. It is requseted that we should master the designed prograne of thremal system in the power plane and master the content of designed calculating and equpment selecting in this design. And can be familiar with conbine book knowledge and scene together actually, can train the ablity to think independently and consulting the documents and materials and using the knowledge studied synthetically. This Design take safe economy as the principle, choose to offer the suitable power plant equipment finally.
