本科畢業(yè)論文 題目 : 基于 WINCC的泵站控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院 : 信息科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) : 自動(dòng)化 學(xué) 號(hào) : 學(xué)生姓名 : 指導(dǎo)教師 : 日 期 : 2021610 武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 摘 要 武漢市的排水泵站共有七個(gè),分布在市區(qū)的長(zhǎng)江沿岸。它擔(dān)負(fù)著城市雨、污水排放的重要任務(wù)。每逢夏季到來(lái),當(dāng)污水蓄水池的水位低于長(zhǎng)江水位時(shí),污水蓄水池里面的水就必須通過(guò)泵站排入長(zhǎng)江。如果排水不及時(shí),致使下水道堵塞和橋下積水過(guò)多,就會(huì)影響交通和環(huán)境,給城市居民的生活帶來(lái)諸多 不便。隨著武漢市城市建設(shè)的迅速發(fā)展,通過(guò)構(gòu)建泵站監(jiān)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)過(guò)程無(wú)人自動(dòng)化已迫在眉睫。 排水泵站自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用,將大大提高排水泵站的自動(dòng)化控制水平,增加泵站運(yùn)行參數(shù)記錄的可靠性,減輕值班人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,并可對(duì)泵站機(jī)電設(shè)備運(yùn)行進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控。 羅家路排水泵站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由泵站控制系統(tǒng)、中心控制系統(tǒng)和通信系統(tǒng)組成。泵站控制系統(tǒng)采用了 PLC 及相應(yīng)的模塊和通信設(shè)備。 PLC 通過(guò)模板實(shí)現(xiàn)就地的數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制,同時(shí)將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)采集到的數(shù)據(jù)傳至中控系統(tǒng),并接受中控指令,實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程自動(dòng)控制。 本文重點(diǎn)討論監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)組態(tài)界面的 開(kāi)發(fā)。其開(kāi)發(fā)是利用的西門(mén)子產(chǎn)品WinCC(Windows Control Center,窗口控制中心 )組態(tài)軟件,來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn) PLC 與監(jiān)控機(jī)之間的通信及監(jiān)控機(jī)監(jiān)控畫(huà)面的制作。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 組態(tài)軟件, 排水泵站, 自動(dòng)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng), WinCC 武漢科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract There are seven municipal drainage pumping stations in Wuhan,which are distributed in the edge of the Yangtse River,undertaking the task of municipal rainwater and wastewater. In the summer,which is a rainy season,the water level of the impounding reservoir is higher than the Yangtse River,so we must pump the water with the municipal drainage pumping it isn’t pumped on time,it will result in delay of dealing with emergencies,serious hydrocele below traffic bridges and a lot of inconvenience of living and the rapid development of city construction,the scale of the municipal drainage pumping station is increasing the automatization of the whole control process through establishing the supervisory work of the drainage pump station is being more and more modified project of luojialu drainage pumping station is to substitute the manual control system to automation system. The research and application of the pumping station automatic monitor system will improve the degree of the control system,increase the reliability of the operation,decrease the intensity of the personal on duty and monitor the equipment status in realtime. Luojialu drainage pumping station automatic monitor system is posed of pumping station control system,central control system and munication PLC and relative modules collects the sample data and controls the equipments,and transmit the information to the central control system which implements remote control sends the control order to the pumping control system. The concern of this paper is discuss the development of the supervisory interface with simatic WinCC,which implenments the munication between the PLC and the supervisory puter and the supervisory interface.
