車輛與動力工程學院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 I 辦公樓暖通空調(diào)系統(tǒng)工程設(shè)計 摘 要 本設(shè)計為哈爾濱望江集團辦公樓空調(diào)系統(tǒng)工程設(shè)計。哈爾濱望江集團辦公樓屬中小型辦公建筑,本建筑總建筑面積 4138m2,空調(diào)面積 2833m2。地下一層,地上八層,建筑高度 。全樓冷負荷為 191 千瓦,全樓采用水冷機組進行集中供給空調(diào)方式。 此 設(shè)計中的建筑主要房間為辦公室,大多面積較小,且各房間互不連通,應(yīng)使所選空調(diào)系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對各個房間的獨立控制,綜合考慮各方面因素,確定選用風機盤管加新風系統(tǒng)。在房間內(nèi)布置吊頂?shù)娘L機盤管,采用暗裝的形式。 將該集中系統(tǒng)設(shè)為風機盤管加獨立 新風系統(tǒng),新風機組從室外引入新風處理到室內(nèi)空氣焓值,不承擔室內(nèi)負荷。風機盤管承擔室內(nèi)全部冷負荷及部分的新風濕負荷。風機盤管加獨立新風系統(tǒng)由百葉風口下送和側(cè)送。水系統(tǒng)采用閉式雙管同程式,冷水泵三臺,兩用一備;冷卻水泵選三臺,兩用一備。 在冷負荷計算的基礎(chǔ)上完成主機和風機盤管的選型,并通過風量、水量的計算確定風管路和水管路的規(guī)格,并 校 核最不利環(huán)路的阻力和壓頭用以確定新風機和水泵。 依據(jù)相關(guān)的空調(diào)設(shè)計手冊所提供的參數(shù),進一步完成新風機組、水泵、熱水機組等的選型,從而將其反應(yīng)在圖紙上,最終完成整個空調(diào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。 關(guān)鍵詞 :風機盤管加獨立新風系統(tǒng); 負荷 ; 管路設(shè)計 ; 制冷機組: 冷水機組 車輛與動力工程學院畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 II Abstract The design for the Harbin Wangjiang Design Group office building air conditioning system.
