江蘇科技大學 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設 計(論文) 學 院 機電與汽車工程學院 專 業(yè) 機械設計制造及其自動化 學生姓名 王偉平 班級學號 0845524233 指導教師 張春燕 二零一二年六月 江蘇科技大學本科畢業(yè)論文 鏜組合機床設計 The Design of Boring Combination Machine Tools 江蘇科技大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) I 摘要 機械制造業(yè)是一個國家經濟發(fā)展的重要支柱。而制造業(yè)的生產能力主要取決于制造裝 備 —— 機床的先進程度。 組合機床兼有低成本和高效率的優(yōu)點,在大批、大量生產中得到廣泛應用,并可用以組成自動生產線。 隨著自動化生產能力的提高,現(xiàn)代工廠中出現(xiàn)需要 組合機床的場合越來越多,組合機床是以通用部件為基礎,配以工件特定外形和加工工藝設計的專用部件和夾具,組成的半自動或自動專用機床。它一般采用多軸,多刀, 多工序,多面或多工位同時加工的方式,生產效率比通用機床高幾倍至幾十倍。由于通用部件已經標準化合系列化,可根據需要靈活配置,能縮短設計和制造周期。因此,組合機床兼有低成本和高效率的優(yōu)點,在大批量生產中得到廣泛應用,并可用以組成自動生產線。 本文對閥腔的加工工藝進行了詳細的分析,就其孔的加工提出了“一次裝夾,單工位加工,達到產品圖樣的精度要求”的思路。根據這一思路設計了鏜組合機床 該組合機床由立柱、立柱底座、中間底座、液壓滑臺、動力箱、多軸箱等組成。本文對各部分的設計進行了詳細的計算和論證。 關鍵詞 : 組合機床 ; 工序圖 ; 加工示意圖 ; 夾具圖 ; 機床聯(lián)系尺寸圖 江蘇科技大學畢業(yè)設計(論文) II Abstract The machinery Manufacture is an important pillar of economic development in a country. While the capability of production in trade of manufacture mostly depends on the advanced producing equipment - machine tool .modular machine tools have advantages of high efficiency and low cost. It is widely used in large batch production and can be consisted automatic production line With automatic production capability is improved, the modern factories in need of modular machine tool, the bination of more occasions based on general parts, match with workpiece specific shape and process design of special ponents and fixtures, posed of semiautomatic or automatic special machine. It usually adopts the multiaxial, knife, processes, and multifaceted or multistage and processing, production efficiency than general machine high several times or more. Due to the mon parts have standard series, can according to the bined flexible configuration, can shorten the cycle of design and manufacture. Therefore, the bination machine has the advantages of low cost and high efficiency, in large, mass production is widely used, and the automatic production line can be used to position. This paper analyzes the manufacturing process detail of threading holes of a disc. The idea is once clamping the work. The accuracy can be satisfied the demand of drawing. According above idea, the boring bination machine tools has been designed. This paper presents the design and calculating of each part of this machine tool.
