【正文】 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 題 目:包頭原料條件下 3200m3 高爐本體設(shè)計(jì)及渣鐵處理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 I 包頭 原料條件下 3200m3 高爐本體及渣鐵處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 高爐本體和渣鐵處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)是煉鐵車間設(shè)計(jì)的重要部分。設(shè)計(jì)出一個較好的車間不但可以使高爐生產(chǎn)達(dá)到高產(chǎn),使煉鐵設(shè)備壽命長久,還可以降低耗能,節(jié)約成本,從而達(dá)到經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)保的目標(biāo),所以本設(shè)計(jì),從高爐內(nèi)型設(shè)計(jì)、耐火材料、冷卻設(shè)備及渣鐵處理方式的設(shè)計(jì)均借鑒了國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)高爐的情況。設(shè)計(jì)采用了陶瓷杯爐缸爐底,選擇銅冷卻壁作為高熱負(fù)荷區(qū)的冷卻設(shè)備。高爐 冷卻方式采用軟水密閉循環(huán)進(jìn)行冷卻。風(fēng)口平臺出鐵場設(shè)計(jì)為矩形雙出鐵場,四鐵口平衡布置,渣鐵溝布置合理,鐵水?dāng)[動流嘴,出鐵場平坦化,爐前設(shè)備選型機(jī)械化程度高,選用除塵設(shè)施改善出鐵場操作環(huán)境。 關(guān)鍵詞: 高爐;設(shè)計(jì);耐火材料;冷卻設(shè)備;渣鐵 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 II The Design of 3200 m3 Blast Furnace Ontology and The Slag and Iron Processing System Under the Raw Material Conditions in Baotou Abstract The blast furnace body and the slag and iron processing system design is an important part of the ironsmelting plant design.
