畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計) 題 目 : 南京市芙蓉國際商務(wù)會館空調(diào)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 系部名稱: 專業(yè)班級 : 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號: 指導(dǎo)教師: 教師職稱 : 20xx年 06月 01日 I 摘 要 本設(shè)計為南京市芙蓉國際商務(wù)會館空調(diào)系統(tǒng),設(shè)計內(nèi)容包括負荷計算,空氣處理方案的選擇,空調(diào)末端設(shè)備選型,水管路和風(fēng)管路系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計計算及附屬設(shè)備的選型,并 進行設(shè)計說明書的編制和施工圖的繪制。設(shè)計堅持可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論,樹立了節(jié)約能源和全壽命周期成本分析的科學(xué)理念,從節(jié)能和環(huán)保出發(fā),綜合考慮建筑結(jié)構(gòu)、使用要求、環(huán)境條件,在系統(tǒng)的選擇、設(shè)備的選配及系統(tǒng)的運行控制等方面采取一定的節(jié)能措施,使系統(tǒng)在各種工況下均能高效節(jié)能運行。根據(jù)節(jié)能設(shè)計標準要求,結(jié)合計算軟件,采用冷負荷系數(shù)法對整個大樓的冷負荷進行逐時計算;分析負荷日變化和全年變化情況,通過多個方案的可行性論證和經(jīng)濟性比較,結(jié)合實際的能源政策,選用了水冷式螺桿機組的冷源運行策略??照{(diào)系統(tǒng)采用風(fēng)機盤管加獨立新風(fēng)的空氣―水 系統(tǒng)。在設(shè)計計算的基礎(chǔ)上,還進一步分析比較了不同建筑維護結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)計參數(shù)、空調(diào)方案等對能耗的影響,提出空調(diào)系統(tǒng)各環(huán)節(jié)存在的問題及節(jié)能潛力。 關(guān)鍵詞: 舒適性空調(diào),可持續(xù)發(fā)展,建筑節(jié)能,室內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì) II HVAC design of Nanjing Furong International Ocean Star Spa Abstract This design is about the concertrated air conditioning system of some office building , including a series of design contents such as cooling load calculation, scheme parision,selecting and calculating the water system and ventilation system, as well as selecting air terminal devices and appurtenances, and working out the design instruction and drawing the construction drawings employing CAD. During the design , I adhere to sustainable development ,set a scientific conctept of resources and a total life cycle cost analysis. Based on the energy conservation and environmental protection ,I consider intergatedly into the building structures ,the feature of demands ,and the environment conditions. Some energysaving measures are adopted during the choice of system scheme ,equipment matching and operational control to achieve high efficiency in various operating conditions . According to energyefficient design standards , the cooling load of the whole building is calculated with the harmonic wave method, bining to puter software. Water cooled screw rod unit is used to supply the cooled air conditioning water, while using gasfired hot water boilder as the heat source. This scheme is determinated according to the feasibility analysis and economical parision of different choices, energy policy ect. Fan coil unit and the independent fresh air system is the main choice in the design. Based on the design, further parative analysis of impact of different architectural envelope thermal characteristics ,design parameters, air conditioning scheme on the energy consumption . Points out the energy consumption fearturesand the potentials of energy saving.
