【正文】 XX 大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 設(shè)計(jì)名稱 重載運(yùn)輸下的鐵路簡(jiǎn)支鋼桁梁橋加固設(shè)計(jì) 姓 名 ____ 學(xué) 號(hào) _ 學(xué) 院 土木工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級(jí) 橋梁工程班 _ 指導(dǎo)教師 重載運(yùn)輸下鐵路簡(jiǎn)支鋼桁梁橋加固設(shè)計(jì) 2 重載運(yùn)輸下鐵路簡(jiǎn)支鋼桁梁橋加固設(shè)計(jì) 專業(yè):土木工程 姓名: XX 指導(dǎo)老師: XX 摘 要 該鐵路橋位于甘肅省嘉峪關(guān)市境內(nèi),建于上世紀(jì) 60 年代,共三跨,全長(zhǎng) 184 米,其中兩跨為上承式簡(jiǎn)支鋼 桁梁橋,跨度均為 64 米。一跨為預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土簡(jiǎn)支梁橋,跨度為 米。由于鋼橋服役年限較長(zhǎng),且橋上交通運(yùn)輸量的逐年增長(zhǎng)及運(yùn)輸速度的不斷提高,橋梁安全運(yùn)營可能存在隱患。本設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)鐵路橋梁標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中 — 活載及今后將施行的重載運(yùn)營要求 ,依照《鐵路橋梁檢定規(guī)范》對(duì)此鋼桁橋的各受力桿件強(qiáng)度、連接點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度、橫向剛度等進(jìn)行相關(guān)檢算、分析 。通過計(jì)算得出此鋼橋在重載作用下,下弦桿及部分節(jié)點(diǎn)板承載力不足。依據(jù)《鐵路橋涵設(shè)計(jì)基本規(guī)范》及《鐵路橋梁鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》對(duì)該鋼橋采用 增加重力式橋墩的方法進(jìn)行加固,并給出相應(yīng)的加固設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。經(jīng)分析驗(yàn) 算每片上承式簡(jiǎn)支鋼桁梁 加固方案合理、能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)預(yù)定的加固要求,加固后該橋的承載力能滿足目前及今后重載運(yùn)營指標(biāo),符合設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)的要求。 關(guān)鍵詞 鐵路鋼桁梁橋,承載力驗(yàn)算,加固設(shè)計(jì), 增加重力式橋墩 ,節(jié)點(diǎn)板 重載運(yùn)輸下鐵路簡(jiǎn)支鋼桁梁橋加固設(shè)計(jì) 3 ABSTRACT Within the territory of the railway bridge is located in the city of Jia Yu Guan in gansu province, built in the 1960s, a total of three cross, two of the cross for the simply supported steel truss bearing type, a cross for prestressed concrete beam bridge. Found the steel bridge under the effect of overloading, the bearing capacity of the bottom chord and partial node plate. According to《 he basic specifications for design of railway bridges》 and《 the railway bridge girder steel structure design specification》 ,we shall increase in main girder of the steel bridge reinforcement scheme, and gives the corresponding reinforcement design. Through analysis and calculation, the calculation of this reinforcement scheme is correct and reasonable .After strengthening, the bridge bearing capacity and lateral stiffness is strong enough to meet current and future load safety operational indicators, and is in line with the requirements of design task.
