【正文】 2021 屆畢業(yè)設計（論文） 顆粒料包裝機的 PLC 控制設計 專業(yè)教研室： 學 生 姓 名： 班 級： 0501 學號 0512110111 指導教師姓名： 職稱 副教授 職稱 最終評定成績 200 年 月 湖南工業(yè)大學科技學院畢業(yè)設計 湖南工業(yè)大學科技學院 畢業(yè)設計（論文） 顆粒料包裝機的 PLC的控制設計 全套圖紙，加 153893706 專業(yè)教研室： 學 號： 0512110111 湖南工業(yè)大學科技學院畢業(yè)設計 學生姓 名： 指導教 師： 200 年 月 湖南工業(yè)大學科技學院畢業(yè)設計 摘 要 由于傳統(tǒng)繼電器控制的顆粒料包裝機工作時存在電路復雜、可靠性差、故障診斷與排除困難等缺點，提出了用 PLC 對包裝機控制系統(tǒng)進行設計?？删幊炭刂破?(PLC)作為控制系統(tǒng)的核心裝置，功能強大、性能穩(wěn)定可靠。在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)自動化生產(chǎn)中得到了廣泛的應用。 本課題以瀏陽市恒生貿(mào)易有限公司與學院老師合作開發(fā)的 高速全自動顆粒包裝機控制系統(tǒng)為背景，理論與實踐相結(jié)合，詳細闡述了集 PLC 技術(shù)，光電感應技術(shù)，通信技術(shù)于一體的先進控制技術(shù)在該包裝機控制系統(tǒng)中的應用。 通過對小型全自動顆粒料包裝機工藝過程的分析 ，克服了傳統(tǒng)小型包裝機傳動方案的缺陷 ，提出了 PLC 控制的柔性化包裝機的構(gòu)想。設計工作的任務包括包裝機構(gòu)和運動分析，控制部分的硬件選擇，電氣原理圖的繪制和三菱 PLC 程序編寫，以及各個電氣元器件的選擇與安裝，最終給出了 PLC 控制包裝機系統(tǒng)的硬件組成和軟件設計，其中包括 PLC 選型、 I/O 地址分配、 I/O 端子接線、程序設計 和控制原理。 經(jīng)過我們的努力，顆粒料包裝機控制系統(tǒng)的設計已經(jīng)完成。并且經(jīng)過了嚴格的測試，在實驗室的模擬運行中，取得了良好的控制效果。通過程序優(yōu)化，及并行化處理，較好地實現(xiàn)了廠方提出的控制要求。 關鍵詞： 顆粒料包裝機， PLC， GX Developer 湖南工業(yè)大學科技學院畢業(yè)設計 ABSTRACT Because of traditional relay control of Packing Machine for Granular Material, here are lots of disadvantages which include device plexity, inferior reliability, malfunction analysis and trouble obviation. As the kernel device control system, PLC is widely used in modern industrial production and do well in this field. This thesis takes the control system of the highspeed fullautomatic packing machine that was developed by LiuYang Handsome Trade along with our teacher as a background. We apply the advanced control technique in the packing machine control system such as the technique of PLC, light electricity technique and so on. By the describing of the basic operation of small automatic packager, and overe the defects of now used packager in transmission system. And also the author introduces a new type of packager with PLC. The main designer include in the analyzing of the packaging machine’s structure and the movement, protracting the electric schematic diagram, writing the PLC programming and the choosing and fixing the electric’s parts of an apparatus. The paper gives the design of hardware and software about the electrical control of Packing Machine for Granular Material, which include selecting a model of PLC, distributing address of I/O, wiring diagram of I/O, designing of programmable trapezium and theory of control. Through our effort, the machine of Packing Machine for Granular Material got the exaltation of the quality whether the function or the efficiency, realized well the control request that the pany put forward. This control system is well running in the lab.
