The investment decisionmaking and design of the oil depot construction of the rational can directly impact on the economic development of enterprises and the economy efficiency,and even the production safety. According to the original data and Code for design of oil depot, this paper proceeded to the rudimentary design of the refinery depot. The design pleted the layout of the major structures in the refinery depot, design of each handling systems and fire fighting, selection and checking of the related equipment. The plane layout of oil depot includes the arrangement of the tank field, railway and road handling area, barrels operating area, and also the related facilities. In the design of the railroad and road handling park time, has calculated the pipe diameter according to the economical speed of flow, and selected the standard diameter in accordance with the standard. To design the fire fighting system, we have done a more detailed introduction for the selection of the fire fighting system, and the selection of design parameters, the lectotype and settings of fire fighting equipment, and other issues. For illustrating the design, we drew the layout of the depot, the technical process drawing and the erection diagram of the pump room. [Key words] oil depot design。 plane arrangement。 technical process。 hydraulic calculate 前言 石油作為國家重要的戰(zhàn)略物資,是支撐國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和國家安全的重要支柱。隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,對成品油的需求逾趨旺盛,成品油年消費量從 1999年的 14370 萬噸上升到 2021 年的 20700 萬噸,年平均增長率約為 2%,成為亞洲第一大油料消費市場。與此同時,中國成品油對外依存度逐年增高,成品油凈進口從1999 年的 1437 萬噸,占全年消費成品油總量 14370 萬噸的 10%,上升到 2021年的3557 萬噸,約占全年消費成品油總量 20700 萬噸的 17%,對外依存度平均每年上升%。對外依存 度的上升,所以石油短缺問題會越來越嚴重,這也是我國石油面臨的現(xiàn)狀。 隨著我國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)快速增長,帶動了國內(nèi)對石油的需求一路攀升,這幾年石油的消耗量年年猛增,油庫的擴建和新建的工程逐年增多,隨著我國能源安全戰(zhàn)略方針的提出,建設(shè)國家石油儲備油庫已經(jīng)提上了議事日程,在這種形勢下,石油的設(shè)計任務(wù)將會越來越繁重,合理的油庫設(shè)計更快速靈活的調(diào)度石油,保證國民經(jīng)濟快速穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。 凡是用來接收、儲存和發(fā)放原油或原油產(chǎn)品的企業(yè)和單位都稱為油庫。同時,油庫也指用以貯存油料的專用設(shè)備,因油料具有的特異性用以相對應(yīng)的油庫進行貯藏 。油庫是協(xié)調(diào)原油生產(chǎn)、原油加工、成品油供應(yīng)及運輸?shù)募~帶,是國家石油儲備和供應(yīng)的基地,它對于保障國防和促進國民經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展具有相當重要的意義。 本油庫設(shè)計 是 從生產(chǎn)實際出發(fā),按照 GB50074— 2021《石油庫設(shè)計規(guī)范》等規(guī)范條例設(shè)計出的較為安全、環(huán)保、經(jīng)濟的現(xiàn)代化石油庫 油庫設(shè)計參數(shù) ①油庫年工作日取 360,日工作時數(shù)為 8h。 ②油品全部由管道輸送進庫
