【正文】 編號(hào) 淮安信息職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院 畢業(yè)論文 題 目 基于 PLC的自動(dòng)裝卸料系統(tǒng)的 設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名 學(xué) 號(hào) 院 系 電氣工程系 專 業(yè) 電氣自動(dòng)化 班 級(jí) 指導(dǎo)教師 顧問(wèn)教師 二〇一四年六月摘要 1 摘要 自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)在中國(guó)有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景，文中介紹了自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀。在這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中，我查閱了大量資料，以 PLC 原理為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)了自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)系統(tǒng)。按照自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)的工作方式，把一 次交易過(guò)程分為：運(yùn)行初期清零過(guò)程、投幣過(guò)程、價(jià)格比較過(guò)程、選擇商品過(guò)程、退幣過(guò)程。利用梯形圖編制各個(gè)過(guò)程的程序，完成了設(shè)計(jì)的基本要求 本論文是基于西門子 S7200 系列 PLC進(jìn)行自動(dòng)飲料售貨機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)的。本文介紹了 PLC 的硬件基本組成，特點(diǎn)以及工作原理。闡述了自動(dòng)飲料售貨機(jī)的來(lái)源，發(fā)展及系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的基本原理及工作流程。在 PLC 梯形圖的編寫時(shí)，文中采用的是西門子 PLC 梯形圖專用編譯軟件 版本的 STEP7 來(lái)進(jìn)行編寫，并完成了 PLC 外部接線圖。利用 PLC 控制的自動(dòng)飲料售貨機(jī)提高了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性，且邏輯上保 證無(wú)或者盡量減少漏洞，使自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)能夠長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行，不需要經(jīng)常有人維護(hù)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：自動(dòng)飲料售貨機(jī) PLC 梯形圖 西門子abstract 2 ABSTRACT Vending machines in China has a bright future, the paper introduces the history and development of vending machine status. During the graduation project, I reviewed a lot of information to design PLC based on the principle of automatic vending machine system. Vending machines work according to a transaction process is divided into: Run the initial clearing process, the process of coin, the price parison process, the process of selection of goods, coin process. Ladder prepared using the procedure of each process to plete the design of the basic requirements. The design of Automatic Beverage Vending Machine PLC Control System is based on Siemens S7200 series. The paper introduces the basic structure of PLC, characteristics and work principle. In the PLC trapezoidal chart pilation, this paper adopts the Siemens PLC ladder special piler software version 4 of the STEP7 to write, and pleted the PLC external wiring diagram.
