【正文】 組態(tài)技術(shù)應(yīng)用綜合訓(xùn)練 課程報(bào)告 課題名稱 基于 組態(tài)王與 PLC 的 自動成型控制系統(tǒng) 基于組態(tài)王與 PLC的自動成型課程設(shè)計(jì) [摘要 ] 隨著工業(yè)自動化水平的迅速提高、計(jì)算機(jī)在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用，人們對自動化的要求也越來越高。組態(tài)軟件的出現(xiàn)為解決實(shí)際工作中的問題，使用戶根據(jù)自己的控制對象和控制目的任意組態(tài)，完成最終的自動化控制工程。組態(tài)軟件是一種面向工業(yè)自動化的數(shù)據(jù)采集和監(jiān)控軟件，用戶通過類似“搭積木”的簡單方式來完成自己所需要的軟件功能， 而不需要便攜計(jì)算機(jī)程序。組態(tài)王軟件以搭建戰(zhàn)略性工業(yè)應(yīng)用平臺為目標(biāo)，可以為企業(yè)提供一個(gè)對整個(gè)生產(chǎn)流程進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)匯總、分析及管理的有效平臺，使企業(yè)能夠及時(shí)有效地獲取信息，計(jì)時(shí)地作出反應(yīng)，以獲得最優(yōu)化的結(jié)果。本 文 設(shè)計(jì)了基于三菱 FX2NPLC 的 自動成型 控制，在此基礎(chǔ)上，用組態(tài)王軟件設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)一個(gè)全新的 自動成型 控制系統(tǒng)。 [關(guān)鍵詞 ] 組態(tài)王 自動成型 三菱 報(bào)警 曲線 [Abstract] With the wide application of industrial automation level has increased rapidly, the puter in the industrial field, people demand more and more high automation.
