【正文】 本科生畢業(yè)論文（設(shè)計(jì)） 題 目 大豆玉米間作播種機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)與傳動(dòng)計(jì)算 摘要 間作套種能夠 充分利用空間和邊行優(yōu)勢(shì)， 提高土壤養(yǎng)分 ， 增加作物的抗逆能力 ，提高土地利用率和單位面積產(chǎn)量。雖然市場(chǎng)上播種機(jī)的種類繁多，但缺乏針對(duì)大豆玉米間作套種的播種機(jī)。為了解決大豆玉米間作套種種植的問(wèn)題，我們研究和設(shè)計(jì)了大豆玉米間作播種機(jī)。 本文設(shè)計(jì)的大豆玉米間作播種選擇了轉(zhuǎn)倉(cāng)式精密排種器，鋤鏟式開(kāi)溝器和帶有輪刺直徑較大的地輪，播種機(jī)整機(jī)采用了地輪后置單體式，并進(jìn)行了地輪軸和中間傳動(dòng)軸設(shè)計(jì) ；在傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算中主要論述了播種機(jī) 1 級(jí)、 2 級(jí)傳動(dòng)計(jì)算和鏈輪的設(shè)計(jì)。 大豆玉米間作播種機(jī)與傳統(tǒng)的播種機(jī)相比，新穎之處在于播種機(jī)可以同時(shí)播種玉米、大豆和為了防止地輪的滑移，采用了 4 個(gè)地輪共同帶動(dòng)中間傳動(dòng)軸，保證播種機(jī)精密播種質(zhì)量。設(shè)計(jì)中在考慮實(shí)用的同時(shí)，兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)節(jié)約，從而達(dá)到結(jié)構(gòu)合理、生產(chǎn)成本低目的。該機(jī)一次作業(yè)可完成破茬開(kāi)溝、播種和鎮(zhèn)壓等工序，作業(yè)時(shí)開(kāi)溝均勻，播種作業(yè)質(zhì)量高，可滿足黃淮海地區(qū)農(nóng)藝要求。 關(guān)鍵字 ：大豆；玉米；間作；播種機(jī)；傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì) The Design and Transmission Calculation of Soybeancorn Interplanting Seeding Machine Abstract Intercropping can make full use of space and edge line advantage, improve soil nutrient, increase crop resilience and improve the land utilization rate and yield per unit of the market of the machine various, but it is lack of soybeancorm interplanting seeding order to solve the problem of soybeancorn interplant, we researched and designed soybeancorm interplanting seeding machine. In this paper， the machine chose warehouse type precision seed metering device, Shovel type ditcher and the larger diameter land wheel with having thorn,This seeding machine adopts the rear paper have designed the axle and the middle transmissio n. In the chapter of transmission design and calculation, It mainly discussed the first and second line could drive calculation and the design of the with the traditional machine, this machine can sow corn and soybean at the same time. In order to prevent land wheel slippage, we use the style of four land wheel driving transmission shaft. Considering practical at the same time, it take account of economic planter can perform the roots talk cutting ,opening,sending and packing operations once.
