華北水利水電學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 1 頁(yè) 共 56 頁(yè) 摘 要 啤酒工業(yè)在我國(guó)迅猛發(fā)展的同時(shí),排出了大量的啤酒廢水,給環(huán)境造成了極大的威脅。本設(shè)計(jì)為某啤酒廢水處理設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)程度為初步設(shè)計(jì)。啤酒廢水水質(zhì)的主要特點(diǎn)是含有大量的有機(jī)物,屬高濃度有機(jī)廢水,故其生化需氧量也較大。該啤酒廢水處理廠的處理水量為 2100 dm/3 ,不考慮遠(yuǎn)期發(fā)展。原污水中各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)為: BOD 濃度為 1100 mg/L ,COD 濃度為 2100 mg/L , SS 濃度為 310 mg/L 。因該廢水 BOD 值較大 ,不經(jīng)處理會(huì)對(duì)環(huán)境造成巨大污染,故要求處理后的排放水要嚴(yán) 格達(dá)到國(guó)家二級(jí)排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ,即: BOD ≤ 20 mg/L , COD ≤ 100 mg/L , SS ≤ 70mg/L 。 本文分析了啤酒生產(chǎn)中廢水產(chǎn)生的環(huán)節(jié),污染物及主要污染來源,并從好氧、厭氧生物處理兩方面來考慮了廢水治理工藝,提出了 UASB+CASS 的組合工藝流程。可將廢水 COD由 2200 mg/L 降至 50~ 100 mg/L , BOD 從 1100mg/L 降至 20 mg/L 以下, SS 由 400 mg/L降到 70 mg/L 以下,出水符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 本設(shè)計(jì)工藝流程為: 啤酒廢水 → 格柵 → 污水提升泵房 → 調(diào)節(jié)池 → UASB 反應(yīng)器 → CASS 池 → 處理水 該處理工藝具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊簡(jiǎn)潔,運(yùn)行控制靈活,抗沖擊負(fù)荷,污泥量小等特點(diǎn),實(shí)踐表明該組合工藝處理性能可靠,投資少,運(yùn)行管理簡(jiǎn)單的特點(diǎn)。為啤酒工業(yè)廢水處理提供了一條可行途徑。具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、環(huán)境效益和社會(huì)效益。 關(guān)鍵詞: 啤酒廢水 UASB CASS 華北水利水電學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 2 頁(yè) 共 56 頁(yè) Abstract With the rapid development of brewery industry in China, more brewery wastewater is discharged, which endangers design is one beer waste water treatment. The degree of the design is in a preliminary phase. The main distinguishing feature of the beer waste water is that it contains the massive anic matters, so it belongs to the high concentration anic waste water, therefore its biochemical oxygen demand is also high. The water which needs to treatment in the beer waste water treatment plant is 2100 dm/3 , regardless of the specified future development. Various target in the raw waste water is: the concentration of BOD is 1100 mg/L , the concentration of COD is 2100 mg/L , the concentration of SS is 310 mg/L . For the beer waste water39。s BOD is high, it could pollute the environment if drained before treatment, so it request the beer waste water which drained must be strictly treated to the two effluence standard in the country, which is as following: BOD ≤ 20 mg/L , COD ≤ 100 mg/L , SS ≤ 70 mg/L . This paper analyzes the generation processes of wastewater, the major contaminats and their major sources in beer production. It also introduces the primary biological processing techniques of aerobic and anaerobic treatment. According to the product scale of beer brewery, the main standard of draining water\natural materials, and so on, the main process technology of the beer waste water disposal station is defined as UASB + CASS .Practice of project indicate, when COD of wastewater reduces from 2200mg/l to 50~100mg/l, BOD reduces from 1100mg/l to 20mg/l, SS reduces from 400mg/l to 70mg/l, so that drains out can reaches the Standard. The technological process of this design is: Beer waste water → Screens → The sewage lift pump house → Regulates tank → Reaction tank of UASB → Tank of CASS → Treatment water This technology of wastewater treatment has many traits. Such as, wellknit structure, pithy quick control, lasting attacked, less sledge capacity. Practice indicates that the posed craft has reliable function, its investment is little, and its running and management is unplicated.
