河南理工大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 摘要 目前,我國大多數(shù)污水處理控制系統(tǒng)自動化水平不高、安全性低、管理不當,效率普遍低于世界標準。污水處理系統(tǒng)中的曝氣過程控制、數(shù)據(jù)通訊和監(jiān)控管理是急需解決的主要問題。中國污水處理自控系統(tǒng)相對落后,污水處理成本居高不下,污水廠排放的處理過的污水的水質(zhì)不穩(wěn)定,所以如何建立有效的自控系統(tǒng) 、 優(yōu)化運行效果 、 減少運行費用,具有 重 要意義。 本文介紹了 工廠 污水處理的基本工藝和流程,并通過研究設(shè)計一套基于 PLC 控制的污水處理系統(tǒng)。文章首先介紹 PLC 在 污水處理 控制系統(tǒng)的 工藝及相關(guān)流程,控制系統(tǒng) 硬件結(jié)構(gòu) 及設(shè)計 、工作原理以及設(shè)計 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)的基本原則和步驟,來說明 PLC 在污水處理過程中的應(yīng)用。先根據(jù)污水處理要求設(shè)計了設(shè)備的電器控制與自動控制線路,主要包括設(shè)備的啟停、狀態(tài)信號 、 故障信號、和信號采集等,最后按照工藝要求設(shè)計 PLC 控制系統(tǒng),其中包括 PLC的選型、系統(tǒng)資源配置以及按照污水處理工藝編制 PLC程序。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 污水處理 PLC 工藝流程 河南理工大學畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II Abstract At present, the majority of our sewage treatment control system automation level is not high, low security, mismanagement, efficiency is generally lower than the world treatment system in the aeration process control, data munications and monitoring and management are the main issues that need to be resolved. China sewage treatment automatic control system is relatively backward, the high cost of sewage treatment, sewage plant39。s treated effluent quality of instability, how to establish effective automatic control system to optimize the operating results, and reduce operating costs is of great significance. This paper introduces the basic techniques and processes of plant sewage treatment, and a sewage treatment system based on PLC control study design. The article first introduces the PLCbased sewage treatment process and related process control system, control system hardware architecture and design, operating principles and the basic principles of the design of PLC control system and the steps to illustrate the application of PLC in the sewage treatment process. First design of electrical control and automatic control circuit according to the sewage treatment requirements, including start and stop equipment, status signal fault signal, and signal acquisition, the final design of PLC control system in accordance with the process requirements, including the selection of the PLC, the system allocation of resources, as well as the preparation of the PLC program in accordance with the sewage treatment process.
