大 連 民 族 學(xué) 院 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 大連工業(yè)大學(xué) 5學(xué)生公寓建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院(系): 土木建筑工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 土木工程 學(xué) 生 姓 名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 2020202006 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 評(píng) 閱 教 師: 完 成 日 期: 2020 年 6月 1日 大連民族 學(xué)院 I 摘 要 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目為大連工業(yè)大學(xué) 5學(xué)生公寓建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。 該建筑 主體六層 ,總建筑面積為 5124 m2。 在建筑設(shè)計(jì)上, 主要 遵循 “ 適用、經(jīng)濟(jì)、安全、美觀、環(huán)保 ” 的設(shè)計(jì)原則 ; 平面布局分區(qū)明確 。建筑平面組合主要采用內(nèi)廊式組合,走廊兩側(cè)布置房間。 建筑平面功能劃分主要 有 使用空間、輔助功能空間、交通空間 。房間組成有四人寢室、宿舍管理室、小型超市、洗衣房、公共衛(wèi)生間等。建筑設(shè)有四個(gè)安全出口,走廊寬為 ;兩部樓梯,開(kāi)間 ,滿足防火等級(jí)的規(guī)定及疏散、休息的要求。 在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上,結(jié)構(gòu)形式為框架結(jié)構(gòu) 。平面布置規(guī)則、對(duì)稱,減小偏心及扭轉(zhuǎn)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的不利影響;豎向布置規(guī)則,連續(xù),無(wú)剛度突變和應(yīng)力集中。結(jié)構(gòu)整體傳力路線明確,受力合理,符合規(guī)范的要求。主要進(jìn)行了重力荷載計(jì)算、框架側(cè)移剛度計(jì)算、橫向水平荷載作用下框架結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力和側(cè)移計(jì)算、豎向荷載下框架結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力計(jì)算、截面設(shè)計(jì)、樓板計(jì)算等。 由于地質(zhì)條件良好,地基土承載力高,故 采用柱下鋼筋混凝土獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)。 建筑 所在地區(qū)抗震設(shè)防烈度為 7度,考慮水平地震作用,豎向地震作用影響較小不做考慮。 根據(jù)工程地質(zhì)條件 、凍土深度、地下水狀況 等綜合考慮, 基礎(chǔ)埋深為 。 總體而言,按 照國(guó)家相關(guān)規(guī)范,參照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集,在結(jié)構(gòu)部分以手算為主,以結(jié)構(gòu)電算 PKPM 結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算軟件為輔,完成建筑的設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞:學(xué)生公寓; 框架結(jié)構(gòu) ;建筑設(shè)計(jì);結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);荷載計(jì)算 II Dalian Polytechnic University Students Apartment 5 Construction Structural Design Abstract The task of this paper is to design the building structure for Dalian Polytechnic University Students Apartment 5. This is a sixstory building with a total construction area 5124 square meters. In the architectural design, the design in accordance with the principles, of suitable , economic, safe , beautiful, environmental protection , the clear Layout partition. The plane bination of the building mainly use Internal corridor bination, and two side of corridor decorate the room. The main function of building plane consist of the use space, the auxiliary function space, and the traffic space. The room include four people of dormitories, dormitory management room, small supermarket, laundry room, public toilet and so on. Building with four security export, the corridor width of m. Two stair width of m, meet the provisions of fire prevention level and evacuation, rest requirements. In the structure design, structure form as a frame structure, layout is regular, symmetry, reducing the structure of eccentric and reversing the adverse effects。 vertical layout is also regular, continuous, and no stiffness and stress concentration.. The line structure of power transmission as a whole is clear, reasonable force, in line with specifications of the building structural system uses the reinforced concrete frame structure. The main calculation includes gravity load calculation, frame lateral poise calculation, lateral load frame structure of the internal force and lateral calculation, Under the vertical load of the internal force redistribution of the frame structure calculation, section design , Floor calculation and so on. As for the good geological conditions and soil bearing capacity, we use an independent foundation of reinforced concrete column. Seismic building intensity of location is 7 degrees, considering the level of seismic action, without considering the effect on vertical earthquake. According to the engineering geological conditions, frozen soil depth, and the state of the groundwater prehensive consideration, basic buried deeply m. Overall, according to the relevant national norms, referring to the standard atlas, the main structural elements, are pleted with handcounted, others are with PKPM Computer Software auxiliary to plete the building design.
