內(nèi)蒙古科技大學設計說明書 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學 本科生畢業(yè)設計說明書 題 目: 年產(chǎn) 400萬噸合格鑄坯轉(zhuǎn)爐 煉鋼工程 —— 轉(zhuǎn)爐系統(tǒng)主體設計 專 業(yè):冶金工程 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學設計說明書 I 摘要 為滿足市場需要,本設計為:年產(chǎn) 400 萬噸合格鑄坯轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼工程 —— 轉(zhuǎn)爐主體設計。本設計在生產(chǎn)其他合格鑄坯的情況下以耐候鋼作為主要生產(chǎn)的高附加值鋼種。從高爐鐵水進入煉鋼廠開始的冶煉工藝為:鐵水預處理 分裝混鐵車 轉(zhuǎn)爐底吹氬 LF爐精煉 板坯連鑄 中寬帶熱軋機組 粗軋 精軋 控制冷卻 卷取 取樣檢驗 包裝 繳庫,通過這一工藝流程生產(chǎn)出合格的耐候鋼板坯。本設計選用兩座 200 噸轉(zhuǎn)爐,并進行了 爐型尺寸、金屬結(jié)構、傾動機構、轉(zhuǎn)爐供氧系統(tǒng)、散料系統(tǒng)、煙氣凈化系統(tǒng)等方面的計算,以及鐵水預處理系統(tǒng)、精煉系統(tǒng)、連鑄系統(tǒng)進行了簡要設計和論述。之后確定了車間的布置, 然后進行車間計算和所用設備的規(guī)格和數(shù)量的設計,在此基礎上進行車間尺寸計算,確定各層平臺標高。最后對轉(zhuǎn)爐車間設計 的 環(huán)境和安全 要求進行說明 。 設計中為了更加形象的闡述轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼工藝以及相關設備結(jié)構,添加了大量圖形 關鍵詞:煉鋼爐型設計 ,耐候鋼 ,鐵水供應,冶煉工藝流程內(nèi)蒙古科技大學設計說明書 II ABSTRACT To meet the needs of the market, this design is: an annual output of 400 million tons of qualified billet converter steelmaking project the main design of the converter design in the case of the production of other qualified slab weathering steel as the main production of high valueadded the blast furnace hot metal into steel plant began smelting process as follows:Hot Metal Pretreatment Torpedo cars Converter end of blowing argon LF Refining Slab Continuous Casting The hotrolled unit of the in broadband Rough rolling Finishing Controlled cooling Takeup Sampling and testing Package Treasury,Through this process to produce qualified weathering steel plate design uses two 200ton converter,and furnace size, the metal structure, tilting mechanism, the calculation of the converter oxygen supply system, bulk system, flue gas purification system,hot metal pretreatment system, refining the system, casting a brief design and after the layout of the workshop, workshop calculation and specifications of the equipment used and the number of design, on this basis, the workshop size calculation to determine the elevation of each floor platform.
