【正文】 化工與材料工程學(xué)院畢業(yè) 設(shè)計 5 萬噸 /年乙丙橡膠裝置聚合工段工藝設(shè)計 50,000 tons/year ethylenepropylene rubber polymer devices section process design 吉林化工學(xué)院 Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology 化工與材料工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 I 摘 要 乙丙橡膠 , 統(tǒng)稱乙丙彈性體 , 是僅次于丁苯橡膠和順丁橡膠的第三大合成橡膠 , 是以乙烯、丙烯及乙叉降冰片烯 (ENB)為單體共聚而成。 目前占世界合成橡 膠生產(chǎn)能力總量的 10%左右 。 乙丙橡膠以其優(yōu)異的性能具有廣闊的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域 。 除了傳統(tǒng)的汽車工業(yè) 、 防水建材 、 聚合物改性 、 油品添加劑 、 電線電纜 、 運(yùn)動場地及各類機(jī)械部件等應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域外 , 乙丙橡膠還可涉獵于食品包裝 、抗微生物 、 絕熱阻燃等彈性體制品領(lǐng)域 。 本次設(shè)計年產(chǎn) 5 萬噸乙丙橡膠裝置聚合工段的工藝設(shè)計 ,乙丙橡膠聚合反應(yīng)采用溶液聚合工藝,使用的主催化劑為三氯氧釩,輔助催化劑為烷基鋁,溶劑為己烷。 在掌握生產(chǎn)原理、聚合方法、工藝流程等工作的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了物料衡算、熱量衡算、反應(yīng)器等設(shè)備的相關(guān)計算;其中算得 E0203 己烷加熱器的面積為 ,換熱器管長為 6m,計算反應(yīng)器 R0201 的公稱直徑為 5658mm,高度為 9053mm,確定了聚合加料泵的揚(yáng)程為 ,以及該泵的軸功率 ,V0201 貯罐的總體積 37 m3。 并且繪制了反應(yīng)器的管道布置圖、帶控制點(diǎn)的流程圖、編制了設(shè)計說明書等。 關(guān)鍵詞: 乙丙橡膠 ; 溶液聚合 ; 工藝設(shè)計 化工與材料工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II Abstract EPDM, generally called ethylenepropylene elastomer, and norbornene (ENB) as the monomer copolymerized with ethylene, propylene is the third major SR after SBR and BR.
