河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)任務(wù)書(shū) 設(shè)計(jì)(論文)題目: 云 山 煤 礦新井設(shè)計(jì) 內(nèi)容及要求: 云山 煤礦新井設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)包括: 計(jì)算礦井儲(chǔ)量;確定礦井生產(chǎn)能力和服務(wù)年限;確定礦井開(kāi)拓開(kāi)采方案;設(shè)計(jì)采煤方法和回采工藝;礦井運(yùn)輸、提升、通風(fēng)和排水方案設(shè)計(jì)并進(jìn)行相關(guān)計(jì)算。 編 寫(xiě)礦井設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)(不少于 6萬(wàn)字)或?qū)n}論文(不少于 3萬(wàn)字) 。 按比例繪制方案設(shè)計(jì)圖( 6~ 7 張)。 設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)一般按大綱的章節(jié)要求編寫(xiě), 各章重新開(kāi)頁(yè)。編寫(xiě)說(shuō)明書(shū)必須計(jì)算準(zhǔn)確,制表清晰,插圖美觀,做到文字說(shuō)明和所繪制的圖表密切配合。說(shuō)明書(shū)嚴(yán)格按照《河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)撰寫(xiě)基本要求》中的規(guī)定排版和打印。 設(shè)計(jì)圖紙應(yīng)按照國(guó)家和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)繪制,圖中的設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容、比例等應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)大綱的要求,平面圖和剖面圖應(yīng)相互對(duì)應(yīng)。 指導(dǎo)教師 系 主 任 學(xué)院院長(zhǎng) 20xx 年 3 月 21 日 河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)語(yǔ) 學(xué)生姓名: 專(zhuān)業(yè)年級(jí): 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)成績(jī): 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目: 云山 礦 新井設(shè)計(jì) 指導(dǎo)教師評(píng)語(yǔ): 指導(dǎo)教師(簽 字): 年 月 日 評(píng)閱教師評(píng)語(yǔ): 評(píng)閱教師(簽字): 年 月 日 答辯組評(píng)語(yǔ): 答辯組組長(zhǎng)(簽字): 年 月 日 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)的井田面積為 平方千米 ,年產(chǎn)量 150 萬(wàn)噸。井田內(nèi)煤層賦存比較穩(wěn)定,井田內(nèi)煤層賦層較深,煤層傾角 4- 9176。,平均煤厚 ,整體地質(zhì)條件比較簡(jiǎn)單,在井田范圍南部有斷層發(fā)育。瓦斯和二氧化碳含量相對(duì)較低,涌水量也不大。根據(jù)實(shí)際的地質(zhì)資料情況進(jìn)行井田開(kāi)拓和準(zhǔn)備方式的初步設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)采用立井兩水平暗斜井延深開(kāi)采的開(kāi)拓方式,上下山開(kāi)采,煤層分層開(kāi)采,設(shè)計(jì)采用綜合機(jī)械化一次采全高回采工藝,走向長(zhǎng)壁采煤法,用全部跨落法處理采空區(qū)。并對(duì)礦井運(yùn)輸、礦井提升、礦井排水和礦井通風(fēng)等各個(gè)生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備選型計(jì)算,以及對(duì)礦井安全技術(shù)措施和環(huán)境保護(hù)提出要求,完 成整個(gè)礦井的初步設(shè)計(jì)。礦井全部實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化,采用先進(jìn)技術(shù)和借鑒已實(shí)現(xiàn)高產(chǎn)高效現(xiàn)代化礦井的經(jīng)驗(yàn),實(shí)現(xiàn)一礦一面高產(chǎn)高效礦井從而達(dá)到良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。 關(guān)鍵詞:立井 ;走向長(zhǎng)壁;一次采全高;綜合機(jī)械化; 高產(chǎn)高效 。 Abstract These designed allotment area for kilometers, Yearly Output 150 trillion. Allotment intrinsically ocurrence of coal seam pare stabilize, coal bed gives deeper layer ,coal seam pitch 4- 9acid, average coal thick , integrally nature condition pare simplicity, at allotment scope east normalizing function of the stomach and pleen center equal have got dislocation upgrowth. Both methane and carbon dioxide content relatively do not high, and neither do inflow of water no large either. On the basis of Preliminary Design, This design adopts the erected sheft mining method and beltready way,fluctuate mountain exploitation, coal seam slicing system, design adopt prehensive mechanization fullseam mining stopper art, Alignment longwall method, treat goaf with whole straddle alight law from actual geologic information instance proceed allotment exploit and standby mode. The Preliminary Design of the both bine versus mine haul, shaft exaltation, shaft drain and ventilation of mines isopuant systemic equipment lectotype count,as well as versus shaft technical safety measures and environmental protection claim,plete wholly shaft. Both shaft whole realize mechanization, adopt advanced techniques and use for reference afterwards realize high yield highly active modernization shaft 39。experience, realize one mine not both high yield highly active shaft thereby run up to favorable economic benefit and social benefit.
