【正文】 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 I 頁 基于單片機(jī)的電動(dòng)執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)中,對(duì)閥門進(jìn)行控制和調(diào)節(jié)。其穩(wěn)定性和精度對(duì)整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)性能以及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提高起著非常重要的作用。本論文在分析了電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的工作原理和控制過程之后,通過借鑒以往國(guó)內(nèi)外電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以及為了適應(yīng)工業(yè)發(fā)展需要,提出基于單片機(jī)的電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)的方案設(shè)計(jì)通過對(duì)可能出現(xiàn)的故 障以及各種影響執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)精度的因素充分考慮之后,給出了控制系統(tǒng)的硬件結(jié)構(gòu);之后詳細(xì)介紹了基于 80C196KC單片機(jī)的電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成, 電動(dòng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu) 系統(tǒng),由80C196KC單片機(jī)、 DAC0832轉(zhuǎn)換器、 MOC3081M固態(tài)繼電器、可控硅等器件組成。 本系統(tǒng)具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、功能完善、滿足控制精度的要求、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、較高的靈活性和可靠性、通用性好、價(jià)格低,使用方便等特點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 電動(dòng) 執(zhí)行 機(jī)構(gòu) ; DAC0832轉(zhuǎn)換器 ; 固態(tài)繼電器 ; 80C196KC單片機(jī) 遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第 II 頁 Design for electric actuator based on MCU system Abstract The electric actuating equipments are used widely to regulate the valve in the industrial system; It is important for improving the system performance and the production’s quality to advance the stability and the precision of the equipment. The design of the electric actuating equipment is discussed in the paper and the equipment Can regulate its precision according to the field variety. After analyzing electric actuator’s theory of operation and control process,we give the scheme design of intelligent electric actuator by using for reference to the merit of the overseas and domestic actuators; We design the hardware structure of the system on basis of the consideration of system’s possible trouble and the factors affecting the system precision; Then we focus on the structure of the electric actuating equipme nt based on 80C196KC micro controller, Electric actuator systems based on single chip, the 80C196KC microcontroller, DAC0832 converter, MOC3081M solid state relays, SCR and other devices integral. The system has a reasonable structure, plete functions, to meet the requirements of precision control, antiinterference ability, high flexibility and reliability, universal good, low price, easy to use and so on.
