哈爾濱理工大學學士學位論文 I 基于 PLC 與變頻器的交流電機調(diào)速控制系統(tǒng) 摘要 隨著電力電子技術(shù)、計算機技術(shù)、自動控制技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,交流調(diào)速取代直流調(diào)速已成為現(xiàn)代電氣傳動的主要發(fā)展方向。通用變頻器以及可編程控制器以其優(yōu)越的調(diào)速和 其 保停性能、高效率、高功率因數(shù)和顯著的節(jié)電效果而廣泛應用于大、中型交流電機等,被公認為最有發(fā)展前途的調(diào)速控制。本課題就是針對交流電機的發(fā)展方向而設(shè)計的基于 PLC 和變頻器對交流電機調(diào)速 控制系統(tǒng)。 本文首先介紹了交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展概況、使用領(lǐng)域,以及交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。由于 PROFIBUS 是一種不依賴生產(chǎn)廠 家的開放式現(xiàn)場總線標準,不同廠商所生產(chǎn)的設(shè)備不需對其接口進行特別調(diào)整就可通信,目前它已廣泛應用于加工制造、過程和建筑自動化,并且被認為是當今運行最快的現(xiàn)場總線。 所以 本文針對 PROFIBUS 總線的工作原理和特點,探討了 通用變頻器 MM 系列變頻器在 調(diào)速 系統(tǒng)中的應用情況,并分析了 PROFIBUSDP 網(wǎng)絡(luò)的拓撲結(jié)構(gòu),系統(tǒng)中主站和從站的建立,變頻器 GSD 文件的導入, MPI 網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)置, PLC 對變頻器控制的程序設(shè)計,最后給出了總線系統(tǒng)中控制字( PQW) 和狀態(tài)字( PIW)的數(shù)據(jù)格式。從而最終達到通過 PLC 和變頻器對交流電機調(diào) 速的目的。 關(guān)鍵詞 :通用變頻器 ; 可編程控制器 ; PROFIBUS 現(xiàn)場總線 ; 交流電動機 哈爾濱理工大學學士學位論文 II The Control System Basing On AC Cage Induction Ajusts Abstract Along with the electric power electronics, the technique of calculator, automatic control technical and quick deveolp, the alternating current, AC adjusts to replace soon the direct current adjusts soon one of the main development direction of having bee the modern electric drives, in general use frequency converter with its tempered superiorly to rises soon braking function, highefficiency and high power factor and show the knot battery effect of the extensive application in strong and mediumsized cage induction motor, squirrelcage induction motor that breeze machine etc., it drive generally accepted for have most the development prospect adjust soon controller. This paper first ntroduced the general situation of AC variable frequency speedsregulating system,the domain which used,and the study PROFIBUS is a kind of open type field bus standard that do not depend on the production plant house, differing the factory an equipment for producing do not need as to it39。s special regulation in progress in interface can correspond by letter, current it is already extensive to applied in process the production, process to automate with building, and pass for to circulate the quickest field bus nowadays. Therefore, this paper, the principle of PROFIBUS bus and features the work application of MM serial inverter in the fieldbus is analyzed, The toplogical architecture of PROFIBUSDP ,the establish of master and slave station and access to GSD document of inverter are describled in detail , he work of MPI, PLC control of the inverter design .Finally the style of PQW and PIW in the fieldbus is introduced.
