This standard shall be managed by the China Academy of Construction Science, which exercises the centralized technical management of the construction engineering standards in the Ministry of Construction, and be interpreted by the Foundation Research Institute of China Academy of Construction Science. Any question or ments arising during its Horizontal force (F) can be informed to China Academy of Construction Science. This standard is published by the Standard Quota Research Institute of the Ministry of Construction.
