【正文】 基于 PID 算法的水溫控制器的設(shè)計 摘要： PID 控制是工控領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的一種重要控制方法，將 PID 算法應(yīng)用到以 51 單片機為核心的控制系統(tǒng)中，能產(chǎn)生良好的控制效果?；?PID 算法的水溫控制系統(tǒng)采用目前性價比較高的數(shù)字溫度傳感器 DS18B20 作為檢測變送器，通過鍵盤向單片機輸入設(shè)置溫度，單片機將溫度偏差進行 PID 運算后，輸出 PWM 波。 PWM 波作為執(zhí)行機構(gòu)（固態(tài)繼電器）的輸入從而來決定電爐工作電壓的大小 ,最終實現(xiàn)水溫的控制。整個系統(tǒng)的電路結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，可靠性能高。經(jīng)實驗測試，該系統(tǒng)無震蕩現(xiàn)象，響應(yīng)時間短，穩(wěn)態(tài)誤差小，基本實 現(xiàn)穩(wěn)、準(zhǔn)、快的指標(biāo)。 關(guān)鍵詞： PID； 51單片機；溫度傳感器； PWM Design of Water Temperature Controller Based on PID Algorithm Abstract: The PID controller is an important method in the engineering practice. It can produce good control effect when the PID algorithm is applied to 51 singlechip microputer as the core of the control system. The temperature control system based on PID algorithm use the current high cost of digital temperature sensor which is named as DS18B20 as the detection, we can set the temperature of the water by using the key. The singlechip microputer will output PWM square wave after dealing with the deviations. It can control the temperature of the water by using the PWM square wave as the input terminal of the agency (solidstate relay). The whole system is simple and dependable. The experimental studies indicate that control device can meet the engineering requirement.
