In addition, it has shared risk reasonably and avoided the unfair availably. At the same time, it has reduced the time of bidding immensely. Then the costeffectiveness of funds has been increased. And it is a quarters in frame construction with five floors. In this article, first we ensure the Method of winning bid at the lowest price as the Evaluation method of this project. Second, we confirm the Notes for Tenderers, the Terms and Form of Contrac and the Engineering technical specification, then we pile the Bill of Quantities of this project by hand and the software of Glodon. Thirdly, we pile the Bidding control price by the software of Glodon.
