WEEEfromprivatehouseholds:來自私人用戶的 WEEEProducersinstallsystemsfortakebackfreeofcostforfinaluser生產(chǎn)者設立對最終使用者免費的回收體系Individualorcollectivepossible可以是個別的，也可以是集體的Producerstakeovercostofreuse,recycling,disposal生產(chǎn)者負責再利用、循環(huán)和處理的費用Distributorsvoluntarily(butfreeofcost)maytakebackWEEE批發(fā)者可以回收 WEEE(但是是免費的）2.
