【正文】 鹽 城 工 業(yè) 職 業(yè) 技 術(shù) 學(xué) 院 2020 屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 題目 色紡天竹 /天絲 /棉混紡花式紗線工藝設(shè)計(jì)與上機(jī) 專業(yè) 現(xiàn)代紡織技術(shù) 學(xué)號 姓名 指導(dǎo)老師 交稿日期 2020 年 12 月 色紡天竹 /天絲 /棉混紡花式紗線工藝設(shè)計(jì)與上機(jī) 摘要 I 摘要 隨著人民生活水平的日益提高，對紡織品也提出了新的要求，對產(chǎn)品要求新、奇、特的觀點(diǎn)日益增加，而花式紗線的開發(fā)正好滿足了人們的這種需求?；ㄊ郊喚€以紗線結(jié)構(gòu)和色彩的改變來提出紗線的外觀效應(yīng)，不僅可避免織物表面產(chǎn)生條斑疵點(diǎn)的現(xiàn)象，而且還可增加外觀立體感和休閑自然之美。通過近十幾年來各種新 纖維原料的應(yīng)用，新設(shè)備和新工藝的開發(fā)，使花式紗線的發(fā)展突飛猛進(jìn)，花式紗線的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用以及非常普及。 本課題主要闡述了花式紗線紗工藝設(shè)計(jì)與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀。論文第一部分對花式紗線的開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀及國內(nèi)外花式紗線發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢；第二部分對花式紗線原料的選擇及纖維性能研究；第三部分對纖維進(jìn)行染色工藝設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施，將染好的散纖維進(jìn)行性能測試和分析；第四部分對紡紗各道流程的工藝進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算，并將設(shè)計(jì)的工藝上機(jī)調(diào)試生產(chǎn)；第五部分對花式紗線圈圈紗工藝設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了研究；最后一部分對生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行研究解決。 關(guān)鍵詞： 纖維 性能；花式紗線；工藝設(shè)計(jì)；色紡圈圈紗； 作 者： 袁 雷 指導(dǎo)老師：陳貴翠 色紡天竹 /天絲 /棉混紡花式紗線工藝設(shè)計(jì)與上機(jī) Abstract II Abstract With the improvement of people39。s living standards, and puts forward new requirements for textile, increasing new product requirements, strange,views, and the development of fancy yarn is to meet the needs of the people. Fancy yarn with the yarn structure and color changes to the appearance effect yarn, which can not only prevent the fabric surface to produce streak defect phenomenon, but also increase the appearance of stereoscopic and leisure natural beauty. Through the application of various new materials in recent years, the development of new equipment and new technology, the development of fancy yarn make a spurt of progress,development and application of fancy yarn and very popular. This paper mainly expounds the circle yarn dyed spun yarn process design and product development.
