鑒于：甲方系鐵路建設(shè)工程總承包商，因鐵路建設(shè)需要并經(jīng)過業(yè)主同意，通過招標(biāo)將一號(hào)隧道工程承包給具有隧道建設(shè)資質(zhì)和能力的專業(yè)公司施工；鑒于：乙方系專業(yè)從事隧道工程建設(shè)的施工公司，具有相應(yīng)的工程資質(zhì)和能力，中標(biāo)承包本合同工程；據(jù)此，甲方將一號(hào)隧道的洞身鉆爆開挖、洞門修建、防排水設(shè)施、錨網(wǎng)噴支護(hù)、襯砌、洞內(nèi)溝槽及洞室和相應(yīng)的隧道施工附屬項(xiàng)目承包給乙方施工，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商一致，訂立本合同，共同遵守。WHEREAS: Party A being general contractor of railway engineering will, for necessity of railway construction and gain employer’s consent, contract through bidding No. One tunnel project to the professional pany with qualification and capability of tunnel construction for execution。WHEREAS: Party B being the professional pany of tunnel construction with corresponding engineering qualification and capacity has won bidding and been awarded the project hereof.NOW THEREFORE, Party, in accordance with the necessity of construction, consign the works of Tunnel No. 1 to party B for execution, including blasting excavation, tunnel portal construction, drainage facilities, bolting and shotcrete lining, lining, channel and ditch within tunnel in addition to corresponding projects affiliated to tunnel engineering, for which parties by mutual agreement conclude and enter into this contract , parties hereby agree as follows:一、組成合同的文件： Documents Constituted Contract組成本合同的文件包括：including the engineering.甲方技術(shù)交底圖紙 Drawings delivered by party A, with explanation of technology.附件1《承包人承包工程項(xiàng)目一覽表——工程量清單》，以及雙方有關(guān)工程的洽商、變更等書面協(xié)議或文件視為本合同的組成部分。Appendix One: The List, Bill of Quantity of Engineering contracted by contractor in addition to the agreements or files in writing relative to negotiation, alteration of engineering by parties hereto will be deemed as integral parts hereof.二、 工程概況 General Review of Project㈠、工程名稱：一號(hào)隧道。Project Name : Tunnel No. One㈡、工程地點(diǎn)：DK 094+506 至DK095 +658； Project Place:㈢、工程規(guī)模：隧道總長1152m 。Project Scale: Total Tunnel Length : 1152 Meters㈣、承包范圍和內(nèi)容包含： Contracted Scope and Contents including as follows:洞身開挖（圍巖級(jí)別分類情況見工程量清單）。具體內(nèi)容包括：臨時(shí)設(shè)施建設(shè)、腳手架，測量，人工挖除整修，鉆眼、爆破、通風(fēng)、出碴、運(yùn)料、照明，管線及排水，木支撐制作、安裝、拆卸，整修邊溝，超挖回填等為完成隧道開挖所需的一切工序施工、完成和缺陷修復(fù)工作（棄碴運(yùn)距從出碴洞口算起1 公里、棄碴場用地由甲方負(fù)責(zé)）。Tunnel Execution: The grade of surrounding rock refer to List of Quantity, particulars thereof include as follows: temporary facilities, scaffolding, measurement, artificial digging renovation, drilling, blasting, ventilation, ballast leaving, transport material, lighting, pipeline and drainage, the production, installation, disassembly of wooden support, repair side ditch in addition to backfill for over excavation and other works which are necessity for execution, plement and defect repairs of tunnel project.支護(hù) SupportA、砂漿錨桿、中空注漿錨桿。Mortar anchor, hollow grouting anchor.B、超前小導(dǎo)管鋼管加工制作、運(yùn)輸、腳手架、鉆孔、頂管等全部制安過程；Advanced small pipe pipe manufacture, transport, scaffolding, drilling, pipe, jacking and all other process of manufacture and installation.襯砌，包括正洞襯砌、仰拱及其鋼筋、仰拱填充、鋪底、大小避車洞襯砌。Lining, including tunnel, inverted arch and reinforcement, the inverted arch filling, bedding in addition to lining of refuge holes of various sizes.三、工期 Quantity乙方向甲方施工技術(shù)人員提交已完工程量計(jì)算單或簽證，以便甲方對乙方進(jìn)行驗(yàn)工計(jì)價(jià)。Party B will submit party A’s technical personnel with List of Completed Quantity or Certificate of Quantity for party A’s acceptance and calculation of party B’s works.工程量驗(yàn)收方法：Means of Quantity Acceptance隧道開挖數(shù)量以隧道設(shè)計(jì)開挖斷面計(jì)算；襯砌數(shù)量按照圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)厚度及尺寸計(jì)算；排水溝、電纜槽按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙尺寸及附表清單單價(jià)計(jì)量；隧道砂漿錨桿、超前錨桿支護(hù)數(shù)量按乙方依照甲方技術(shù)交底施工的實(shí)際數(shù)量計(jì)算。Tunnel excavation quantity is calculated pursuant to excavated section in tunnel design。 lining quantity is calculated pursuant to the thickness and size of drawing’s design。 quantity of drainage ditch and cable trough are calculated under the design size in drawings and unit price in appendix list。 quantity of tunnel mortar anchor and ahead of the bolt support, subject to Party B’ actual worked number are calculated in accordance with party A’s technical explanation.乙方應(yīng)按照甲方技術(shù)人員的技術(shù)交底進(jìn)行施工。工程量以乙方按照甲方技術(shù)交底完成的實(shí)際施工數(shù)量為依據(jù)。乙方完成的結(jié)算工程量須由甲方施工技術(shù)、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)工程師審核簽證，且須經(jīng)項(xiàng)目總工審批后才能作為驗(yàn)工計(jì)價(jià)的依據(jù)。Party
